I appreciate the integration of Apple Pay into the app, but the user functionality is not quite there. I did not want to enhance my journey with access to the lounge so I didn’t click on that icon. Calling this “high-speed rail” is a joke — what they actually deliver is chaos, stress, and zero accountability.
