## What is iTapMenu?

Welcome to iTapMenu.

This is a required App to use iTapMenu. If you are an iTapMenu customer, please download this App now.

If you are not an iTapMenu customer, you can download this App to use sample F&I menus and a free per-delivery interview.

This app is a free 'pre-delivery interview' available for anyone, whether 
your dealership is an iTapMenu customer or not. Simply create a new 
interview with as little information as the customer's name, and use the 
iPad to gather important information about your customer. If you decide to 
give the iPad to the customer and let them take the questionnaire on their 
own, there is a built-in feature to allow the Salesperson to email, text, 
or AirDrop the results directly to the F&I Department. You can also print 
the results.

If you are an iTapMenu customer and also have DMS integration with us, the 
questionnaire will auto-create using the information we pull from your 
DMS. Also, some of the answers will customize the menu for you 
automatically (ex: If the customer is interested in pre-paid maintenance 
(PPM), then PPM will be included in all menu columns).

About iTapMenu:

iTapMenu offers an iPad and desktop computer F&I menu selling tool for 
automotive, powersport, RV, and boat dealerships in the U.S. and Canada. 
This includes production and usage reports including an instant online 
time-stamped recording of each presentation. We also provide a 
post-presentation customizable questionnaire called "Survey" with text and 
email notifications to key dealership personnel if responses are below your 
satisfaction. iTapMenu also has a program called "SellMore" that allows 
your dealership to email every customer a 'second chance' to purchase the 
products that were declined during the original menu presentation.

iTapMenu provides real-time manipulation of data right on the iPad or 
desktop computer with instant changes to your menu. You can re-configure a 
menu column via our patent-pending drag-and-drop capability, edit the term 
of the loan or interest rate, adjust product pricing, the down payment, 
trade amount, and vehicle price.

For each product you include on the menu, you can enter a custom 
description, add your own video about the product, and we include 
real-world replacement statistics about each product category. You can 
also include your own repair orders, product brochures, and written 
testimonials about any product you offer. When the presentation is 
complete, the customer signs with their finger or stylus right on the iPad 
and the transaction is stored in the cloud and available to print or view 
from any internet-based device.

I've been using ITap now for three years and it keeps getting better and better. My PRU moved from $1100 to $1400 in only a couple of months of switching from a paper menu to ITap and its process.

This new interview is excellent. It has increased my numbers yet again. Plus, I'm capturing great info for my dealership.

There's nothing like ITap on the market. Trust me. I've seem them all. Nothing compares. It blows DealerTrack and the other menu providers away.
