As several others have noted, you cannot even log into the app. I get an message: “Error. Can't get your Staff info. Please try again later.” Apparently this has been going on since 2022! Today’s date is 7/26/2024!!
Shame, because the website version works and seems reasonably well thought through.

You all need to fix this issue that’s been in since nov 2022 will not let you login says can’t login your staff try again later. There’s no where to turn for support what’s the point of paying thousands of dollars for their services but they can’t update or fix their app.

When I signed up it said I needed to setup 2 factor authentication. It instructed to get the app and scan QR code on the web page. I opened the app and the only option was to sign in. I put name, password and country in and it only returns a message that is labeled “model mapping”. The security must be so tight that this product can’t even be accessed by users. I deleted the app and crossed Itarian off my list of products to consider.

when creating tickets keyboard pops up and goes away constantly its so bad that you can’t make a ticker rendering the app useless using latest version of ios this bug needs to be fixed

We switched from Spiceworks to the Itarian service desk and it’s been working great.
I like the layout of the app and have no issues over the last 4 months of using it.

Service Desk has come a long way and it’s working great. I’m glad I gave it another shot.
The website and app seem to be working great.
Now if we could get SSO support it would be perfect for our use case.

I found that I could only login to the app after I setup the Helpdesk on the website. I also setup the Apple certificates, just in case.
Great app! Can’t believe all that you get for your money. Patch management is a snap now!
Ignore the low ratings for not being able to login. They should change the error to say “Setup the server first”
