I tried on my UK Number and polish number as well. ### 1/5 — ITaxi Driver’s cheat *2018-06-13* An ITaxi driver just tried to charge a ‘3’ fare during a weekday trip in Warsaw. I asked him about it and he said fares are ordinarily a ‘3’ from the train station. Everyone from Warsaw knows this is a lie. I was speaking English when I got in the cab not Polish so he thought I was not from Warsaw. I have not been cheated like that by a taxi in 20 years in Warsaw. Avoid these guys and use a regular service (9191 or 8111111 or Uber). Po napisaniu reklamacji cisza nawet pocałuj sie w dupę nie odpisali. Dziękuje nigdy więcej jest jeszcze niezawodny uber z którym nie ma problemu. It looks like this only works for people who have a Polish phone number. **Developer response:** The application has some regional restrictions, some foreign prefixes are blocked in the mobile application, which makes it impossible to receive the activation code for numbers outside Poland ### 1/5 — Can’t Register App *2025-08-07* Unfortunately it’s not letting me register.. I enter my USA phone number and wait for the verification code which never comes. Can’t move forward with the registration. Too bad. I was hoping to use on my Italy trip. ### 1/5 — Can’t sign up *2024-06-21* I downloaded the app and put in all of my information. It said it sent a verification code to my phone number but I never received it (tried 3 times). Tried multiple times to register but the App would not process it. Everytime i try to continue after inputting my phone number it tells me there is a problem sending an SMS to the number. I’ve tried my Italian number and my American number, have deleted and reinstalled the app…same message every time. Would be nice to be able to use the app! ### 1/5 — Confusing message about the time when booking from a different zone *2022-06-07, version 5.3.3* I was booking a taxi for my mum and when I selecting the time, I received a message: ‘you’re in the zone: Europe/London. By ordering taxi ride fo the future, order will be planned in the time zone of the place travel (Poland).’ Guess what, the travel wasn’t planned in the Polish time zone. The application displayed that I booked the taxi for 5am but it didn’t arrive until 6am! My mum missed her coach and had to rearrange the travel.
