### 2/5 — Watch problems

*2023-10-02, version 1.0.4*

I just bought the watch today.
But the Bluetooth doesn’t seem to work.
I googled the manual and followed the instructions but it didn’t work.

### 4/5 — My iTech duo

*2023-03-17, version 1.0.4*

My iTech dosen’t want to connect to my phone

### 2/5 — Watch and phone connection

*2021-10-14, version 1.0.4*

I have been trying for the past week to reconnect my watch to my phone did everything that the instructions have said and still unable to connect it

### 3/5 — Great app

*2021-09-29, version 1.0.4*

The app is great. It sends my steps to my health app double or triple sometimes. The watch itself buzzes most of the time for no reason other than my arm moving.

### 2/5 — Not working right

*2021-09-11, version 1.0.4*

Had the watch one day and will not display any thing.. Doesn’t show the Bluetooth Connect . Will not show steps, sleep or anything.. The watch is only good for time. Very disappointed in the watch…

### 3/5 — It was great

*2021-08-17, version 1.0.4*

Hi the watch says I’m still connected on my Bluetooth but not on the app and every time I hit pair a device it would say can’t find it

### 3/5 — Highly Inaccurate

*2021-08-16, version 1.0.4*

Bought for the watch, but started using the app. The sleep tracker is highly inaccurate and doesn’t allow for manual adjustment. What time I lay down and am still, is only because I’m reading. Tracking me as asleep when I’m simply not. Other app functions are simplistic enough.

### 2/5 — No device found

*2021-07-26, version 1.0.4*

I downloaded the app and tried to add device but it’s not finding it.

### 3/5 — I teach duo

*2021-06-24, version 1.0.4*

I like it but wish it would give blood pressure and oxygen levels too!

### 2/5 — Terrible

*2021-06-23, version 1.0.4*

Once I had to disconnect my iTech duo watch from the app and now every time I try to connect my watch to my phone it says no device found

### 3/5 — Problem charging the watch

*2021-04-17, version 1.0.4*

I love the look of the watch and the fact it has analog and digital. I just bought it yesterday so I can really give an accurate review yet, however...the first thing I did was to charge the watch before using and after 2 hours which is less time than it should take to charge...it still wasn’t charged. When I pick it up while it’s still plugged in the battery light comes up and tells me it’s still charging when it should be done charging. I don’t know if it’s the cord that has a short in it or what but I’m very disappointed that I can’t get a full charge and it’s brand new. Will most likely return to the store.

### 2/5 — No notifications from Text or calls

*2020-12-28, version 1.0.4*

Got this for Christmas. Send to be a stylish watch. Not a fan of Apple watches especially their high costs! So I was looking forward to see if this could work as a budget substitute. Unfortunately it has not turned out that way.
At first, the app wouldn’t work for the iPhone. I tried my iPhone 11 and 6S. The app would just close when I tired to open it. I tried using my Android running Oreo and it opened fine. Then I upgraded the watch firmware to 1.19 (previously on 1.16) and it wouldn’t connect anymore to the Android. I reloaded the iPhone app and it finally connected with the watch.

Made all my settings on the iPhone app including notifications and so far it has not
shown any phone calls or text message alerts. Very disappointed.

One more thing which is small. You have to put a weight on the watch when you are charging it because the tiny pins on the back don’t stay connected with the charging puck.

Othe than the above... the step counter, calories burned and miles counter seem to work. There time and watch hands seem to stay in sync and report the right time.

If the notifications worked for the text messages and phone calls I would give it a 4 star because of the looks, price, and features. However, it is 2 stars because of the difficulty making the app work and the main features but working on my iPhone. (Not tested for the Android).

### 2/5 — Bad connection

*2020-10-22, version 1.0.3*

The device itself works great when the app actually does it’s part and connects to the device. Sometimes the notifications get mixed up. Says I have a Facebook call coming when it’s actually just a notification. For a while I would get notifications my calls and messages were coming through, now they don’t. I’ve checked all my settings. Deleted the app and reset the app and all settings and no changes. Now the app won’t even connect to the device.

### 4/5 — Great inexpensive watch

*2020-10-15, version 1.0.3*

Great watch , but I’ve searched to only find a charger to buy, I lost my charger and can’t find how to purchase one , can you help

### 2/5 — The app it’s self is great... but

*2020-08-12, version 1.0.3*

The app it’s self is great but it would pair up. Even though the device is right by it.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Won’t connect

*2026-04-12, version 1.0.4*

I’ve tried everything you guys have said to the other reviewers and no matter what it won’t connect

### 1/5 — Not using don’t recommend

*2024-05-03, version 1.0.4*

Considering all that’s going on in the world today this was a area I thought I was safe. Now all iTech requires an login to use. Now I need to create a fake email account to use their stuff. What a joke.

### 1/5 — Can’t get support

*2022-01-18, version 1.0.4*

I bought the watch and downloaded the app. I can’t get it to pair. My phone recognizes the device, but the app can’t find it. Did all of the suggested troubleshooting. Sent emails to support with no response. I can’t even get the time to update. If I don’t hear anything in the next day or two, I’ll return it and go back to an old fashioned watch.

**I just ended up returning the watch. It would be nice if there was a way to set the time and track steps directly on the watch, as well as the app.

### 1/5 — Annoyed

*2021-08-12, version 1.0.4*

I’ve had my itech duo for 2 months now and it’s been great. Today however I did a software update on my phone and now the watch can’t be found I’ve tried disconnecting the watch and it didn’t work now my phone can’t find the device at all even the app can’t find the device

### 1/5 — My itech duo

*2021-02-21, version 1.0.4*

My watch won’t connect to phone
It’s not notifying me for phones calls or messages

### 1/5 — Started out great, now basically useless

*2021-01-16, version 1.0.4*

Started out great, tracked everything perfectly, now won’t connect to my phone at all and keeps showing it can’t find my watch despite me attempting to connect it exactly as the instructions show. It would be great if it worked

### 1/5 — Watch is good app is not

*2020-10-15, version 1.0.3*

Watch works fine but the app will not connect to the watch

### 1/5 — It does what it needs to nothing more

*2020-09-04, version 1.0.3*

The app does not allow to have other notifications from games or text from iMessage. The alarm is only good if your awake and won’t do crap if asleep. The find iPhone feature doesn’t work and find watch only works if your in the same room as the watch. It could be better if the developer used the app before release if but you get what you get.

### 1/5 — Itech watch

*2020-08-12, version 1.0.3*

The watch would not even connect even though to was right next to me phone

### 1/5 — Activities tracker

*2020-08-02, version 1.0.3*

Anytime I start the activity tracker part it never calculates my calories burned or distance

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — WORKS GREAT!!!

*2022-08-13, version 1.0.4*

The watch, the app they both work great I’ve used them for over a year now syncing it with Apple health and I couldn’t be happier I recommend trying it out.

### 5/5 — Analog is slowing down

*2021-12-29, version 1.0.4*

After one year of purchase the analog is slower 4 minutes every 24hrs but th digital is correct.

How long a battery lasts

### 5/5 — ITech smart watch

*2021-08-31, version 1.0.4*

I had my watch for two years, I never had a problem with it. The battery last good 3 to 4 days. I tried another smart watch that was compatible with my iPhone, and the only thing I liked about it you could answer yours call. It kept up with you vitals. The battery would only hold for to hours, the app was in Chinese. It sucked. If the iTech could answer and more vitals to track, it would be much nicer. 🥰

### 5/5 — Ty

*2021-01-04, version 1.0.4*

Lovely products.

I enjoy my duo very much ty.

Stephen.

### 5/5 — WHAAAAAT

*2020-12-12, version 1.0.3*

It’s like an Apple Watch I love this it’s amazing no issues or anything wrong with it this is BETTER then an Apple Watch

### 5/5 — Works great

*2020-08-18, version 1.0.3*

This app works great and i use it a lot

### 5/5 — Read Me Before Buying

*2020-07-07, version 1.0.3*

The watch is great I use it everyday although sometimes the steps don’t show up untill 5 minutes later and the alarm is just a buzz but overall I love the watch and wear it to school everyday

### 5/5 — Working it through

*2020-05-23, version 1.0.3*

I want to say that I’ve been so happy with the customer service! I really bought the watch for my sleep, steps and water. This watch has been inconsistent with recording sleep, it seemed like it took a couple of weeks to sync with my sleep times. When it did record, it was more accurate than my phone tracker. Robin R and his coworkers were super responsive to my questions.

### 5/5 — Great watch!!!

*2020-04-18, version 1.0.3*

I’ve been using this watch and app for a couple of days and I have to say I am impressed and it makes makes me want to change some health goals for sure considering I am not a work out guy... I highly recommend this watch to those who are looking for better health, and taking cool pictures with the camera remote function on your watch also is awesome and I am still learning its capabilities and I got rate this 5 because it’s looks professional and it still has built in cool technology it’s not like the Apple Watch but its awesome for the price

### 5/5 — Five star but have a question!!!!

*2020-03-03, version 1.0.3*

I love the watch so much❤️but I have a question about the app and the watch!?!?! It says camera remote an when you take a picture it says saved to gallery; how do you see the pictures you took? Is there a camera on the watch too?
