Sometimes for no apparent reason, it changes language and time. Starting to get a little frustrated with all the glitches. I get up in the morning go down an 8ft hallway and now I have 917 steps?? This happens periodically. I am not getting the correct readings of my steps. It is very frustrating. I wanted a step tracker that I could also view and connect with phone. It doesn’t even do that!! My device is not recognized, scanning the code nor trying to search device does not work. The app closes on its own. I can’t even reset the watch for daylight savings time change. If I had spent as much time walking as I have trying to get this thing to work, I would be in the most excellent shape. Don’t waste your time. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app so many times, I’ve reset the watch multiple times, I’ve turned my Bluetooth on and off, I even made a new account and still the watch won’t connect to Bluetooth. It refuses to find my device and the articles provided do not help at all. Besides tell the time, the watch is useless without connecting it.
