## What is Itek Pro Fit?

Presenting Itek Pro Fit- the perfect companion to your Itek Pro Fit bluetooth fitness tracking device.

This app lets you track your activity during the day and night. Once you’ve setup the app and device, you’ll land on the Day Hemisphere screen which will show you a summary of your day’s activity upon successful sync with your device. Swipe right on the screen to bring up your Night Hemisphere data!

I bought this as I wasn't prepared to spend the big bucks on a better one in case I didn't use it much. At a glance it's easy to set up and mostly self explanatory. 
You must remember to switch it over to sleep mode and vice versa by pressing the button on the device. 
One thing I didn't realise but do now is that it goes on movement. If you're on a bike for example it won't record anything as your arm isn't in motion.  Same goes for brushing your teeth, you can crank up a lot of steps if you're brushing your teeth with the arm that has the band on.
Be realistic with your settings such as your step stride, this will affect your amount of steps recorded.
Two bugs I've noticed and I have no idea how to rectify it unless it's an app/software issue and that is when you post your results to FB all it does is posts a link to the app. and posts nothing about your daily results. The screen before you post shows all the info but once posted there is nothing there. A bit pointless really, so hope they fix it. The other is the battery life indicator in the app isn't true. Mine was showing it had over 40% power remaining yet the device went completely flat. I went to update my details at night only to discover this and the whole day's data was gone. 
All in all, you get what you pay for, but for $50 I did expect it to be a little better and do what the app says it would do.

Don't waste your time like I have it doesn't work.  Even the review process is a dud. Have typed 2 reviews only to have them erased cos the nickname has been used.  Hope this one makes it

The app is not user friendly. There is a line that should tell you what each bar on the graph stands for but it disappears when you touch it and won't go where it should. The night screen tells me I was awake for 1 hour and has not recorded any of my sleep patterns. The app does not pick up movement when I'm on the treadmill, unless I don't hold on to the safety handles. There are no instructions for using the settings.
