The app doesn’t connect to my bud
Just searching for eternity.

Could you please let us know which earbud model you are currently using and where did you learn that it supports connecting to the app? Please note that the app currently only supports BudsFit 5，itel Buds 5, itel Buds 5 Pantone, and itel BudsAce New. Thank you for your feedback and support!

This app is really bad it’s always disconnecting on its own. You guys need to work on it. Very annoying

### 1/5 — Itel Airbuds 5i connecting and app problem.

Well, your Airbuds 5i device is acting weird for the past few weeks now It’s been connecting to only one Ear Buds at a time expect if I disconnect and forget it then I can repair other ear buds. I even try adding the Airbuds 5i to the itel sound app but it won’t even find the device. And I don’t even know how to factory reset the itel airbuds 5i. I hope you can reply and help me figure this out.
