I never used the service, not even once!!! About 20 days later a I received at charge of $46.65. I logged into the website of IteleCenter to see what was going on and why I was charged and to cancel the service if it was somehow still active. They make it SO difficult to find the cancel subscription option!! I looked through every tab on the website and could not find it. I even searched their Term of Service and nothing about cancellations!! And of course they wouldn’t refund the $46.65!! I never used the service once!! Even the customer service rep I spoke with could see and agreed with that! Don’t do business with these people!! They’ll get you with that “free trial”!! ### 5/5 — Great app! *2021-07-01* One of the simplest and most convenient services, use it daily, love it! The app does provide SMS texting functionality. Premium plan customers have this enabled by default; on other service plans this functionality needs to be activated from the web interface before it can be used. Our customer service will be happy to assist you with this. We would like to know what additional functionality you would like to see in the app, as well. It's great because you can call out from your number and see who called as well as review messages. What needs to be added is the ability to look at the history and tap on a number to call them back.
