I never used the service, not even once!!! About 20 days later a I received at charge of $46.65. I logged into the website of IteleCenter to see what was going on and why I was charged and to cancel the service if it was somehow still active. They make it SO difficult to find the cancel subscription option!! I looked through every tab on the website and could not find it. I even searched their Term of Service and nothing about cancellations!! And of course they wouldn’t refund the $46.65!! I never used the service once!! Even the customer service rep I spoke with could see and agreed with that! Don’t do business with these people!! They’ll get you with that “free trial”!! ### 1/5 — App is Problematically Glitchy *2019-09-03* The App will not recognize my password. Had to search forever to find lost password retrieval button. My password sent to me by email is same as what I’ve been entering when INVALID PASSWORD message appeared. ### 1/5 — Missing key features *2018-09-02* How is the number one review still highlighting key features missing in the app let alone the text messaging ability that should be included **Developer response:** Dear sir, thank you for taking the time to write a review. The app does provide SMS texting functionality. Premium plan customers have this enabled by default; on other service plans this functionality needs to be activated from the web interface before it can be used. Our customer service will be happy to assist you with this. We would like to know what additional functionality you would like to see in the app, as well. You can send us your suggestions from the Settings section of the app. Thanks again. ### 3/5 — Nice way to protect privacy *2016-01-28* This app is ONLY missing a few features. It's great because you can call out from your number and see who called as well as review messages. What needs to be added is the ability to look at the history and tap on a number to call them back. Also needs the ability to look at my contacts in my phone and use the app to place a call OR Store numbers so one can use the app to call. ### 3/5 — Have you abandoned this app? *2013-07-08* No updates in more than a year. The best customer support ever! ### 5/5 — Not the greatest for iPhone. *2020-11-20* My husband has this app on his android and it has so many more features than I have on my iPhone. I can’t hear voicemails and I have to click on tabs 2-3 times before I can leave or go to another screen. I can easily identify if the call is for my business or personal line. I love that my personal number can remain private.
