Tech support did not reply in three weeks, nor to my follow up email. I provided full details, how I repeated the error and screenshots; twice, 3 weeks apart. No response apart from the auto-acknowledgment email. This is just poor. ### 2/5 — Does not support secure SSH keys! *2024-07-06, version 9.0* It’s 2024… RSA SHA-1 keys are deemed relatively insecure and are not accepted by default in modern OpenSSH installations such as are found on Linux and MacOS.
