## What is ITF Taekwon?

Prepare for your next ITF Taekwon-Do grading with a clear offline curriculum organized from 10th Gup to 1st Dan.

Choose your current grade, learn the required tuls and step-sparring material, and repeat difficult sections until movement, direction, and timing feel confident. The 44 demonstrations cover fundamental exercises, ITF tuls, and structured three-step, two-step, and one-step sparring.

Many patterns include two synchronized camera angles. Study the same movement from the front and side, then switch views while keeping your exact playback position, speed, and pause state. Slow a demonstration down, scrub to any moment, mirror the video, or save important material to Favorites for quick access.

### 3/5 — the application crashes

*2022-01-02*

When you click on button “Angle” the application crashes. Fix it please.

### 1/5 — Angles close the app

*2020-12-05*

You can no longer use the angle feature.
It will close the app now!!!

### 4/5 — Great resource!

*2020-10-03*

This is great. Good for beginners. Simple to follow and implement into my training. I came over from a different style of TKD and this helped me transition. Affordable and convenient as well!

### 2/5 — Where are the other higher patterns?

*2019-08-06*

App only seems to go to 1st Dan but description says 44 patterns. Where are the other patterns for Dan grades?

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2019-07-03*

I received my 1st Dan Black Belt a few years ago but had to stop practicing due to some medical issues.. I’m back at it now and wanted something that I could review the ITF Patterns with. This app provides this but also goes over the 2 step sparring... I do not see one step or 3 steps in the app, but that is ok. You can switch angles on the videos and slow them down. This is True International TaeKwonDo complete with Sine-Wave and proper breathing. I would love to know who the people are that are in the videos, they are amazing in the Videos know their stuff! If you want a true ITF app as a reference, this is the one!!

### 4/5 — General

*2018-12-17*

Good videos on patterns. 2 step videos not as Taekwondo Impact Syllabus so could be confusing. Would not hurt for developers to have pattern theory for students.

### 1/5 — All the patterns? No.

*2018-10-27*

It’s good that it has video of the patterns being performed but all the patterns? It has all the patterns up to and including 1st degree black belt but there are another 12 besides those. I can use this app for reference when I want to stay on top of the coloured belt patterns and 1st degree patterns but what about beyond that? I’m going to need another resource.

### 5/5 — Update

*2017-10-18*

Please could you update this app :)

### 3/5 — Needs an update

*2017-10-12*

Please can you update it to work on iso 11

### 4/5 — Good but getting old

*2017-01-03*

I refer to this quite a lot for reminding me of the details however my iPhone has just told me the developer needs to update it as it will slow my phone down.
