The new update to the entire banking UI is clunky, not user friendly, feels like it’s complete AI slop. It’s just a total mess. 

Feels like 100 steps backwards.

I’ve been with iTHINK for a decade now and as soon as I got a car loan with them, they completely switched up on me. They don’t communicate with me, 10k was taken out of my account and I’m about to take them to court for it. They had no explanation. This app is trash as well. Everytime you use the chat it just gives you a service number because they can’t help you. This whole bank is just fraud. 10/10 do not recommend banking with them. If I could put the screen shots up I would.

The app has excellent features and is very easy to use. The app is very secure.

Their website is already hard enough to use. I thought the app might help but it’s just as terrible. I can’t even use it. It just freezes after I log in. 

Even with the financial perks they offer, the difficulty in managing anything with them is so rough I don’t ever want to use their services again.
