However, the online deposit function is awful. Half of the time the check is rejected either immediately or hours later ### 2/5 — Blank Screen When Opening App *2023-06-19* The app always worked in the past, but with iOS 16.5, it’s no longer working :( **Developer response:** Hello Sistasoo, we apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. With certainty, we know the iOS Version 16.5.1 update functions on the iPhone 12 Pro Max without any issues. An older model may not support the most recent update. I use multiple other banking apps and this has not been a problem. ### 3/5 — Face ID doesn’t work *2022-05-27, version 42.0.8* Face ID hasn’t worked on iPhone 13Pro iOS since the 42.0.8 update about 90 days ago! And app no longer returns to sign on screen at log out - SWC just spins continuously until you manually close the app. ### 3/5 — App won’t close *2022-05-15, version 42.0.8* The app won’t close on iPhone 13 pro max. This just started. You have to shut it down by swiping it off screen. Otherwise it works well. ### 2/5 — FaceID registration is never saved. *2021-10-22, version 41.0.6* Just as their Billpay doesn’t work well in Safari, apparently registering for FaceID is too complicated to get right the first time. There are two places to enable FaceID account > security > additional authentication, as well as under the screen where you can register devices. I’ve tried enabling both. I’ve tried to register 5 times in the last week, and any time I have to reinstall the app, or change phones, I have to try the same 5 attempts each time. The app doesn’t seem to remember my user information either. ### 2/5 — Need to be updated *2021-06-05, version 40.3.7* Can you please add alerts to the mobile app. I need alerts from when my card is being used! Please update the app. ASAP! ### 3/5 — Bill pay needs fixed *2020-09-21, version 40.3.7* Having to scroll through month, day and year is annoying as hell. Could you please provide a calendar type selection or at least pre-fill the earliest available pay date. It takes twice as long to schedule a payment than it in the old app. ### 2/5 — Slower server/login *2020-07-31, version 40.3.5* Why is the app so slow when logging forms mobile device it was never this slow but every since the credit union switch names it take for ever to login. Also, when trying to sign out it don’t work you just have to close the window. I like to sign out to feel secure. I am use to having a calendar attached that you click on, put in your pay date and it shows when the payee will receive their money. Since the payees no longer show if they are an electronic payment or a check needs to be sent by iTHINK, I have to try and figure it out myself which could cause a late payment. Are there any plans to update the app to meet your banking customers’ needs? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Do not bank with them *2026-04-17, version 43.3.1* I’ve been with iTHINK for a decade now and as soon as I got a car loan with them, they completely switched up on me. They don’t communicate with me, 10k was taken out of my account and I’m about to take them to court for it. They had no explanation. This app is trash as well. Everytime you use the chat it just gives you a service number because they can’t help you. This whole bank is just fraud. 10/10 do not recommend banking with them. If I could put the screen shots up I would. ### 1/5 — Not working since last update *2025-07-12, version 43.2.0* I updated app yesterday and now it won’t work ### 1/5 — Just turn away, run and never look back *2025-03-28, version 43.1.5* This is the worst auto refinance company with the worst app you will ever see in your life. It doesn’t matter how low the APR is. Just take your auto loan somewhere else run away and never look back. ### 1/5 — Never want to bank with them again *2024-02-01, version 43.0.9* Their website is already hard enough to use. I thought the app might help but it’s just as terrible. I can’t even use it. It just freezes after I log in. It keep saying sorry we failed to make your request. And does not give me an explanation on why it’s failing. ### 1/5 — Very poorly written app *2021-11-26, version 41.0.6* I’m shocked how many bugs the app has when used with my new iphone. Every other use requires resetting options. I have concerns about the security. Over all disappointing. ### 1/5 — APP ALWAYS REQUESTING SECURITY QUESTIONS EVERY TIME DESPITE BEING ON SAME PHONE FOR OVER 2 YEARS *2021-08-11, version 41.0.6* I’ve had this app on my phone for over 3 years, and each time I’m trying to check my balance, it would still require my security questions after I have already entered my correct login information. Makes me hardly even bother to open it, unless it’s extremely important. ### 1/5 — Cannot remotely deposit a check with the app *2021-04-23, version 40.3.7* I cannot remotely deposit a check with the iThink App. After I enter the data on the check, and take the front picture of the check, the app logs out and lands back at the app logon screen. I am running iOS 14.4.2 on an iPhone 7 Plus. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2020-08-25, version 40.3.5* Besides being slow it does not give an option to download statements, you can only see the PDF version but that is it. ### 1/5 — This is the glichiest app *2020-03-16, version 40.3.2* Good luck signing in and navigating. The old app was antiquated but this one is unusable. It does not show up as a legit mobile app on iPhone, looks like a desktop page, some days it will not even let you log on.
