Same exact test question that are asked on the exam. Great material to quiz to get you familiar with the exam. The questions are not more than 100-150 If you mark an wrong answer, it’s not reviewing the right one Not worth. ### 2/5 — Not useful *2025-07-15* Unfortunately the questions are nowhere close to the ones I had on my exam. There is a bug also, when you chose an answer for the general exam rehearsal it doesn’t give you a correct answer only shows the bad one. None of them are a substitute for the official sample exams. ### 2/5 — I’m very disappointed. *2024-12-21* The app might have some good content, but it doesn’t tell you why you got something wrong and there is no way to go back and review the question. It doesn’t say why the answers are correct or incorrect so I don’t know why I paid for this app. **Developer response:** When you use the syllabus topic questions the app does tell you the correct answer. It doesn't tell you why but why is always because that's what it says in the official guidance textbook. Only when taking a sample exam does the app not tell you the correct answer because it's replicating the exam. Use the syllabus topic questions to help you learn: particularly the principles and the practices. Use the sample exam in the app to check your progress. Make sure you take and pass comfortably the two official sample exams before you take the certification exam. The app is not a substitute for these. ### 3/5 — Good for learning the concepts and definitions *2022-06-21* This app was great for learning the general concept and most of the definitions. It’s really important to note though that this is not the official app (there is no official app actually they used to have one but got rid of it) and this does not post questions in a way that the test will. On the real test you will see scenarios that you have to apply the concepts in and that’s not any type of question this app asks I did have to supplement this app with a separate practice test which helped me pass. This app would be better if it had scenario based questions as well as fill in the blank type questions just like the real test does ### 3/5 — Just a practice test app - no training *2022-02-24* The app is fine if you’re just looking for practice exam questions. There is no other “prep” available on the app. No flash cards, or teaching materials are within the app. You get feedback if an answer is right or wrong, but it doesn’t tell you the correct answer, so it’s difficult to use as a study guide unless you already know the majority of the information. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this app. ### 3/5 — Could be Better *2021-11-07* Pros: Good selection of questions with instant response on correct answer if wrong. Syllabus topics tests help target areas of revision. Cons: When selecting the wrong answer there is no explanation into the correct answer. Shame there’s nothing similar for the strategist exam ☹️ ### 5/5 — Great app - could use some changes *2024-11-15* This app has been fantastic for preparing for the ITIL 4 exam. Coworkers have used this app and have highly recommended it, so I purchased it. I have been able to get a lot more confident in my abilities to answer the exam questions, and would recommend this app to everyone. Pros: - lots of different definition sections to study from - lots of questions available in each definition group - definitions show the correct answer when answered incorrectly Cons: - practice exam does not show the correct answer when you answer incorrectly Recommendation for all improvement: - add a feature to practice exam to show all correct answers + user answer. Show all incorrect answers at the end so that the user can study what and why they got the wrong answer. ### 5/5 — Good content *2024-10-07* This app isn’t much to look at, it’d be nice if the fonts were bigger for one thing. but the content was really good and the app is fast and works flawlessly. I used this for about a week along with reading the ITIL material and I passed on the first try with an 85%. Thanks! ### 5/5 — ONLY Reason I Aced the Exam!! *2023-11-13* Best tool ever to pass the ITIL v4 Service Management Foundation certification exam!! This can pretty much replace the book as long as you are getting 90% and above on all topics in the app you will pass the exam. I read the whole text back back to back. There are lots of information on google and all but eventually through luck I came across this app and decided to give it a try because I was at the end of my rope because I couldn’t just understand why I kept failing it even though I read it. I already wrote it twice so I know how the questions are set and I’ve to say this app is the closest to the real exam‼️‼️‼️believe me when I say this. I tried so many of them and this one helped me passed way above the recommended score. I just kept practicing and practicing and understanding the questions on this app and I finally passed it.
