Are you sure you are focusing enough to pass the exam? Thanks." I gave meaningful feedback the 1st time for them to address the differences between their question bank and ITIL 4 foundation exam but chose to ignore them. If now feels like this is a scam. stay away and go on youtube instead ### 1/5 — Almost no questions came up in the exam *2022-10-12* I used this app to study. About 2 of the 293 questions came up in my exam. I’m incredibly annoyed that I relied on this app. 0 stars **Developer response:** Hi Muggybonehead, if you find a dump that is 100% like a real exam, I'm sure this app is not for you. Maybes questions are sometimes different and changed over time, but the knowledge will never change. Focusing on practicing questions and reading explanations to reinforce your knowledge is more important than downloading the app to expecting 100%-like-real questions. Thanks. ### 4/5 — Good app for learning on-the-go *2022-11-14* This app is very handy for learning on the go however there are some incorrect answers so it should not be taken as 100% accurate. You can also get most of these questions for free online but the interface is much easier to use via an app than via web browser. Have a good day. ### 5/5 — Great application *2023-10-06* I had a 3 day ITIL Foundation class and then I used this app the day after that taking all the practice tests, answering every question I missed again in the review, and taking the practice exams, the next day after that I took the cert test and passed.
