### 4/5 — Being Fr

*2023-04-28, version 7.8.24*

I find it a good app, ngl its amazing but the feel of it is sketchy even thought it works, i still would say its good so far.

### 2/5 — NIce but....

*2020-08-25, version 7.4.37*

Trying to connect to console in idrac just blows the app out everytime

### 2/5 — Excellent piece of software but outrageously overpriced

*2019-09-15, version 7.3.17*

I understand that this application has layers upon layers of good use cases and the development is top notch whereas even the little details of supporting console connections to unsupported vSphere ESXi versions is a nice touch.

That being said, this is crazy overpriced! The scheme needs to change or something, I am an IT contractor and have 2 clients but obviously manage more than just 10 servers so I have to purchase the highest tier and that’s over $1K per year.

I would recommend changing the pricing scheme, a pay-per-use would make more sense, I’d likely use this application a fraction of the time that I would use my computers, having all my servers and everything in the application setup would be great but only necessary on the go; I’m not going to stop using a computer.

Time-based usage pricing would be a fraction of the cost for me. Nicer would be if made the application purchasable for a high price with only 12 mo of updates but application continues to work (as much as it can) even if you don’t renew- like most software licensing schemes.

### 5/5 — I have never given a review until now.

*2019-05-26, version 7.2.15*

Best IT Admin tool I’ve used.

### 5/5 — Great system, even better company

*2019-02-25, version 7.1.13*

So I just recently got an iPad in order to make my remediation and support work easier. Like any IT person, I was looking to consolidate and find applications to make my job easier while not requiring me to log onto the computer every time. My search brought me to find ITManager.net and that was the end of the search for most of the items. With a VPN connection to my office I could control servers, Active Directory and more without ever having to log onto the box! Even better was the fact that I can monitor and control basic commands for my ESX environment! Couple those features with office365, web site access (for a make your own solution) and this app basically gave me a single pane of glass to our environment. Then comes the better part, their team reached out to make sure everything was going well and it was working how I wanted it to. They even helped me to find a solution to work with the purchasing structure of my organization! I would highly recommend this to other IT pros and will do so with others I meet!

### 3/5 — Subscriptions...

*2019-02-09, version 7.1.13*

This is an awesome app, but I just can't afford a subscription!

It's good that you offer different subscription levels to suit different budgets, but I wish you could offer some one-time payment options as well.

I need it for home use and wouldn't use it often enough to justify the monthly expense.

In fact I wish all subscription-or-nothing developers would realise they'd have many more customers by also offering one-time paid versions.

### 5/5 — Excellent App

*2018-11-29, version 7.0.11*

This app had made quick fixes on my phone super simple. Reboots no problem! It’s great how they laid out all the options and made the UI simple to use. I’ve been using this app for years and it continues to be worthy of keeping!!

### 2/5 — Impressive but too expensive

*2018-10-30, version 7.0.11*

When you log in, it automatically activates the full trial. You have a week to use all features. After that, to manage Active Directory it will set you back £53.99/month.

Come on. Don’t be silly.

### 5/5 — Needs to offer 1 time payment along with subscription

*2018-10-26*

Found this app via the sales guy at VMworld 2013, and he explained the subscription model, and it made sense. The built in ping, trace route, Whois, and ash clients were a nice bonus.

It allows your to boot, reboot, shutdown both the host and guests, as well as putting the host in maintenance mode, but nothing else. However, what little it does, it does it very well, and very fast.

The subscription only model is what's keeping me from giving it the 5th star. I'd rather pay a 1 time fee, and be done with it, then having the company I work for pay for it monthly.

EDIT: 5 years later and we’re still using this app. Support is a joy to work with, and with version 7 it looks like we can finally edit some VM properties, AND we now have VM console access.

This app just keeps getting better and better 🤘

### 5/5 — Great App for IT Admins

*2018-10-25, version 7.0.11*

This app is perfect for monitoring and managing my servers when I am not in my office.

### 5/5 — Awesome remote networking tool

*2018-10-19, version 6.1.64*

I love this remote networking tool when I am on standby. I can perform most functions on my iPhone when end users call for help. I can remotely monitor all of my VMs and reboot them if necessary. It’s worth every penny for this small but powerful app.

### 5/5 — Very happy

*2018-09-20, version 6.1.64*

This application facilitates my Administrative tasks, i am very happy i am using it. And I appreciate the team for their quick and best service

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2018-09-20, version 6.1.64*

Excellent remote IT admin tool. Has rescued our team from a few jams when we only had a phone or tablet with us. Great product.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — subscription

*2025-12-29, version 7.8.24*

$100 a month to manage iDRAC is insane, this app is a joke

### 1/5 — Subs are bad

*2025-11-23, version 7.8.24*

No option for lifetime purchase. I’m done paying subscriptions for every single thing. Greed.

### 1/5 — Subscription based

*2021-05-19, version 7.5.62*

Waste if time for a subscription based app. Should be a 1 time fee like other apps. The kicker is that the developer don’t even list it until it forces you to sign up for any account.

### 1/5 — Crazy high price, setup was buggy

*2021-01-26, version 7.5.49*

First of all I just wanted an app that would let me reset AD passwords. Looking at their page, the $59.99 tier seemed reasonable for that. But once I got into the app, I discovered that price is PER MONTH. Subscription prices listed are per month. Hard fail. Second, the initial setup was super janky. It kept me in a loop of sending me test messages over and over. When I somehow managed to get past it, it wanted to scan my network for servers and wouldn’t let me move beyond. I had to kill the app and restart it to get to a general setup menu. I would have tested the app out further but the pricing forced me to immediately delete the app. I also seriously question all the glowing 5-star reviews.

### 1/5 — Waste of money

*2019-06-26, version 7.2.15*

Did the 30 day trial. Loved it. Purchased the first level subscription. Does absolutely nothing. Literally every option states professional level subscription is required. So don’t waste the $60 for a year. Only the $30 per month subscription does anything. The only options available for first level subscription are available in free apps.

### 1/5 — Very expensive for what it does

*2019-03-27, version 7.1.13*

Very expensive for what it does

### 1/5 — Not free

*2019-01-21, version 7.1.13*

Pretty good app that does basic stuff. Then they drop an enormous price on you to continue using. For what it is. Not even close to worth it. Don’t waste your time. Plenty of apps out there that do this that costs little to nothing.

### 1/5 — Disclosure

*2018-04-17, version 6.1.14*

Very shady, this is an undisclosed purchase subscription. It tries to read all contacts on your device and tries to read email contracts
Beware !

### 1/5 — Bait and Switch pricing

*2018-03-16, version 6.1.14*

Very shady that there’s no mention of a subscription or pricing until after the ‘trial’ runs out. At least you could be up front about it. I’m also a bit suspicious of all the 5-star reviews. Uninstalling.

### 1/5 — Just a trail version

*2018-03-09, version 6.1.14*

Is not clearly mention that this is only a trail version, all other functions you need to pay later, that the reason for ons Star, should not get any star

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Supper application

*2022-06-04, version 7.8.12*

Makes your life as IT admin easy

### 5/5 — Managed Service Providers IT Toolbox

*2022-01-03, version 7.7.30*

ITManager.net I think is one of the only products I have come across that is as easy as 1..2..3 to use. The days when you had to walk from one end of the building to another to restart a service or manage an AD user have truly gone. You can literally manage/monitor every server aspect including all your switches, NAS’s, printers and routers with handy IOS push and SMS alerts should they stop responding. Not to mention rebooting equipment and accessing internal devices on the customers network as if you were on it from anywhere in the world by a couple of taps of the finger. The iDrac management is a nice touch too!

I’ve come across many products that can provide similar features but they don’t provide an APP that integrates “THIS WELL” which allows all your IT management needs from a few taps of a phone screen. No need to even pick up your laptop!

I would highly recommend this product if your looking to go above and beyond where fix time is important to you and not just that, but making life so much easier on yourself as an IT Tech.

Additional notes
I noticed an issue with the server side software where silently deploying the client wasn’t quite working right. As soon as I mentioned this issue to Dave/Sean via chat on ITManager.net there Team had produced a later version (within 10 minutes) of the setup software which fixed the issue.

Overall the product is expensive, however the support provided, and the APP itself and features especially the monitoring alerts via SMS and IOS push notifications adds value to my business tenfold. I would highly recommend it if you have the budget. Worst case you could always ask them if they have any offers on. I’ve had a great experience with them so far.

### 5/5 — Great tool for on the go IT staff

*2020-09-04, version 7.4.37*

As the “IT Guy” for our company, this tool is invaluable for allowing me to manage my IT infrastructure on the go. Even great for quick changes, instead of having to remote into various servers or log into webpages.

The included monitoring is also extremely helpful with multiple options to notify me of any downtimes.

This tool has helped free me from my desk and allow me to handle issues right from my iPhone wherever I am.

### 5/5 — Manage AD on the go!

*2020-07-08, version 7.4.37*

This is the best way to manage a corporate network on the go that I've seen to date. I'm able to handle calls that would normally require my computer from my phone while on vacation. Thanks to the included Enterprise Server, it also provides IT a way to troubleshoot even when the VPN is down. Highly recommended!

### 5/5 — Amazing piece of technology

*2020-05-29, version 7.4.37*

Great software that does exactly what it says! It works better than OEM software (eg consoles in the free version of ESXi). Running rock solid for awhile now and has become part of my daily routine to monitor and admin systems.

### 5/5 — Does many things very well all in one convenient app

*2019-12-14, version 7.4.28*

I can manage so much of my IT infrastructure from one app. Manage my Gsuite domains, access my internal network, view my network health, remote into servers. Great app. Great service.

### 5/5 — Perfect for a home or business

*2019-11-21, version 7.4.28*

I own my own computer repair company and I have multiple networks to run my shop and this app does everything that I need. It combines all the options that I have in multiple programs all into one. Highly recommend

### 5/5 — Love it

*2019-11-11, version 7.3.17*

Awesome app

### 5/5 — Works very well with ESXi

*2019-09-20, version 7.3.17*

Very easy to setup. Allows me to monitor ESXi servers while on the go with ease. Even allows remote access to VMs for some on the go emergency touch ups.

Very useful for any level of IT manager! Additionally their team is very good at responding to emails!

Brandon.

### 5/5 — Awesome app, awesome customer support

*2019-09-19, version 7.3.17*

I use it to manage my hypervisor, Raspberry Pi’s, and check the status of various web services. Really enjoying the app so far!

I am currently an undergrad student in Cybersecurity, and a tool like this works seamlessly when I VPN into a given LAN. It’s crazy how well the app works; even opening a remote console on a VM is pretty easy to work with on my phone.

Thanks ITmanager team! Once I graduate from college and go on to be an enterprise bro, your app will be on the list ;)
