I bought the itouch curve watch in rose gold with the white straps. The watch looks good but the technology on it is not up to par with the rest of the smart watches of today. When I read the directions it said to use the itouch wearables app. I had to email support and find out that I had to use the itouch legacy app. The legacy app is basic in its form and it’s only to use the watch. It doesn’t have many features like other smart watch apps. When my watch finally connected when I tried to sync my contacts and use messages it says that it does not support my iOS. I have an iPhone XR with the iOS 16.

Got the watch about a month ago and I like how it looked. It was working fine until this when the same connection issue mentioned in these reviews happened. The watch/app is not locating my phone when i search for devices to pair. As a result; i am not receiving the notifications i need. This is annoying; hope someone can help.

Can’t even update my profile because it says blue tooth isn’t connect even after it’s connected. Had to reset for it to actually pic up the watch that’s right next to the phone. It’s just problematic.

I’d say this watch, and app is average. I got it for my birthday, and I had to install this app. The problem for me is I’m never using this app. It’s useless for me. I don’t go outside often, or exercise, so activities are useless. I only use it to tell the time, and to make lists on the app, so it isn’t completely worthless. 

If you’re the opposite of me, you might like this app.

If a developer is reading this, don’t take it personality. It’s just not for me.

Literally won’t connect. And if it does, it still says the Bluetooth is disconnected. It’s been MONTHS and I’ve tried everything. Makes the watch so much less cool. Buy a FitBit instead.

I was so excited to get it.  I can’t get it to work. I can’t change the time and the date and it. It just jumped months and isn’t close to the correct time. Tried to check my cycling time and I can’t get it to record my time.  I wish I would Got a fit bit.

Is there a booklet or directions on how to work this anywhere?  It. Didn’t come with anything 
When I go to the app and ask for support I get a catalog of other devices to purchase.  No help!

It synced to my iPhone 6S fine.  I’m seeing my notifications and can hear phone call. Counting my steps seems alright.  However; it’s English and some other language! Can not find a language setting!   

I don’t see any support and no updates for over a year .. do not spend much money on these products in case they don’t last. Getting what we pay for — under $100

I got this watch after Xmas and really like the look of it. I have had almost constant issues with the watch not buzzing when there is a call or text coming in, and now the watch won't move off the main time screen. So now it's a normal digital watch that tracks your steps but nothing else since it won't react to my touch. Buy a different watch for sure!

Was contacted by App developer and for the record, I don't have a problem with the App. Just the device. I was communicating with someone trying to help me solve my watch issue and after their suggestions didn't work they stopped communicating.

The watch worked for a few days (Christmas present) but since then it says it’s connected to the app but then it says its disconnected when you try to do anything.  The settings do not respond when touched in the app.  You click “time setting” and it doesn’t move.  The watch has changed over to military time and the app won’t allow you to make any changes.  Really stinks especially since my son was so happy to get the watch.  Now he’s disappointed because it won’t work.

iTouch Air SE and 2018 iPad Pro. Not by the manual or online help, I was able to pair via BT by resetting the watch and being quick with the finger (synch immediately when the watch is viewable in the devices list of discoverable devices). Still though, the app was never able to work with the app. I am frustrated and I also don’t think the app will be useful or meet my expectations even if it was working well enough to see the truth of it. If you still have your receipt for the watch, return it to the store.

I got a iTouch air s and it is a piece of pricey junk. Won’t connect to iPhone. Says it is but when you try to do anything says there’s no blue tooth connection even though says connected. I read other answers to comments and their solution is worthless. I unpaired it from my phone so I could paired it with app first. IT DOESNT WORK! These phones are just a piece of junk. Listen to me don’t buy any of their watches their cheap china junk and you know what they say you get what you pay for, and I paid for a piece of junk. App is useless

After connecting my watch (Air 4) as I can’t download the newer itouch app on my iPad, I chose this thinking it would work. When I went to the profile I was going to set up my height when it said no Bluetooth connected o check my watch, it shows the Bluetooth logo and I check the iPad’s Bluetooth. It says that it’s connected, I check the app and it says it’s connected. So I try again same error, I try every option and I STILL get the same error message.

Connects and recognizes the device but no settings can be changed due to massive interface bugs. Pointless. Alternative app is Fitt-Track which does work and is made by same Dev. But no way to set device time to 12hr format.

If you wanna get this app for the pedometer don’t it doesn’t work. As well as not letting me change my weight height anything really including the weather. I have great connection and connected to Bluetooth. But every time I try to click something it says no Bluetooth connection. And zero access to weather.

“Works” horribly. Unable to even set up a personal profile profile or get correct location for weather. It keeps telling me, “There is no Bluetooth connected”. However, the watch and phone are fully connected via Bluetooth, icon is half green and half blue, and I have disconnected/forgotten and reconnected Bluetooth several times to no avail. App is useless. Will be returning watch ASAP as well, as it is complete trash.

I have very good internet, always reliable. I have great Bluetooth and cell reception. My ITouch fitness tracker successfully connects to my phone, and says it’s connected this app - yet the app will not download any data from it, not let me edit profile settings within the app. It keeps saying “connection is broken” with a white square and “X” in the middle. How can the connection be broken when my phone is fully connected to both WiFi and internet? DEVs you need to fix this. I actually need this watch to connect to this app, I had to get it for serious health issues. Fix this glitch. And then I’ll edit my review with more stars.

Downloaded the new app. The watch works fine on its own but the app never connects. It says Bluetooth is connected but I can’t change my profile info, get my daily stats or customize anything. I’m frustrated because I’ve restarted the app, reconnected to Bluetooth (several times), deleted the app and downloaded the app again but no change. It won’t track any of my stats so the watch is only good for viewing stats that day and since nothing connects, the stats are gone the next day. I was so excited to get this but I’m finding it may have been a waste of money 😥

Purchased this watch whilst on holiday, it looks and feels great to wear. Problem 5 days in the watch stopped working. I contacted the customer support, who promptly responded with a list of things to try, unfortunately none of them worked. I was disappointed to say the least. I contacted customer support and was put in touch with Trish , without hesitation Trish apologised for the product failure and arranged a replacement, without question, I’m pleased to say one week later ,I am now the owner of a very smart wearable Air 2S. I have never had such great customer service from any supplier. I can honestly recommend this product to family and friends without hesitation. Many thanks to Trish for all the support.

Omg I didn’t Know I can hook my itouch watch to my IOS IPhone!! I used it when I had android but the app wasn’t available for Android til I just connect my watch to my iPhone and it connect without an issue and now I can download the app to my iPhone this is so fricken cool!! I don’t gotta go out and buy them apple watches when I can use my itouch watch thank you so much!!
