I recommend trying it out before actual use so that you can try out offense, defense and knockoffs. ### 5/5 — Best App Available!! *2012-09-01* We were looking for a user friendly stat tracker for our football team. This app is BY FAR the best that is available and only $10. Any questions you have are answered very quickly! The PDF exports are perfect for updating our teams website. It's very powerful and the customizing options seem almost limitless. I came across this program, downloaded and tried the software using a couple fake games using any scenario possible to see how the program responded and I must say almost flawless it was. For the minor issues I have come across Travis has been great to work with at all hours off the day to make sure the software works the way it is designed to without problems. ### 5/5 — Great developer *2011-10-20* I cannot tell you how much much the developer has helped to make this fit our program. We are in a small school and play 6 man football and in less than a week he had made modifications for us. We are very excited to take our stat keeping from the dark ages of clipboard and paper to having it on the IPAD and being able to download it to the coaches. Thanks for everything Travis. ### 5/5 — Awesome app! *2011-09-28* This app is exactly what I've been looking for! This app is what every statistician needs for every level of football. I only scored one of the 2 free games before deciding that this is the app I need. I've tried many other football stats apps and this one blows them all away. The GUI is very user friendly and has almost everything you need right in front of you. One of the best features is the reports though. Individual & team reports after each game and/or season can be emailed and printed (PDF format) and they are very professional! In addition, after I scored my first game and had a glitch, I reported it to the developer who responded to me within a few hours and had it fixed. Not only is the app worth 5 stars, the support is worth another 5! I can't wait for Friday nights in the press box! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Crap *2013-11-02, version 1.14* Do not purchase this app. It is not worth it. You will be wasting your time. It takes forever to enter teams and players, then it crashes. There are better apps to choose from. If you are a professional stat person or keep stats for any amateur college or high school, this just doesn't do it yet. Not enough team stat details and the reports have bugs and missing player stats. Give you an A on graphics and look but the usability is still not quick enough and functional enough to ditch my Windows stat programs yet. I'm disappointed. ### 3/5 — Why *2022-02-21* Where are my 2 full free games? ### 3/5 — Not reliable enough for stats *2020-10-19* I only use the app for tabletop football games using Paydirt! and Bowl Bound games. What I like about this app is the ability to track team only stats, being that these games are not player driven but team driven gameplay. This app does a good job of tracking the field of play, but doesn't have enough "checks & balances" to keep the game clock straight. Each play must be clock edited, but if you make a mistake, plays will compound on top of each other. When reviewing the play by play, many errors can be found that don't make sense, invalidating the recorded stats. ### 3/5 — Overkill for Youth Football *2012-09-30* It is easy to enter in your team info, but inorder to really use you have to enter in the other team as well. If you just care about your team this is not the app for you. Too complex to work with as you are using your fingers to "drag" where the play went. This feature is horrible. 60 mintues worth if tutorial/setup and it is difficult to operate. I am a tech guy that works with all kinds of apps. Easier to track on excel if you are breaking down game film. ### 4/5 — Great app! *2015-09-11* I use this app for high school football. Awesome tool. Easy to use. It is not perfect and doesn't like multiple penalties but it is so user friendly ### 4/5 — Great App *2011-10-24* This is a great app for keeping football stats. Take some time before you have to score a game to get used to how it works. Our coaches love the reports it spits out at the end of the game and it is easy to report scores and stats to local papers. It saves you so much time! It would be nice if there was a 2 PT Conversion button to make scoring those a bit easier but don't let that keep you from getting this app! ### 5/5 — Alternate Uniforms and Update *2016-09-15* Love this app. Great to use for football. Can you make an update so there can be alternate uniforms? That would be awesome, being able to use new uniforms. Also, with the latest update, there have been glitches involving downing the ball after a punt and fair catches, so if you can fix that, that would be great. ## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great App *2016-09-09* I love the iScore apps - the football app is the most recent purchase after having bought the baseball (superb!) and basketball (likewise!) apps. I found there was a bit more of a learning curve with this app, as football can be rather complex in real life, and you've got to know how to work the app. I got the hang of it after practicing for an hour or so in a fake game using fake teams I created. I would strongly recommend you do the same before trying to score a live game - get the basics of the app down in the first part of your fake game, then conjure up every crazy football scenario you can dream of to enhance your knowledge of how to work it. It don't show on game reports. ### 5/5 — The best football stats program on the market.... *2013-10-21, version 1.14* I have coached football for 24 years and this program is a life savor. On Friday nights, my coaching responsibility is to record the stats of the game. In years past I walked the sidelines adding and subtracting numbers only to find out afterwards I messed up. I would spend 2-3 hours after the game figuring out stats and reporting our game to the media. This program is fast and easy to operate. People would ask how many yards did we have tonight, who led us in tackles, how many yards was that touchdown... My response was haven't figured it out yet. Now I hand the iPad to the head coach while he is being interviewed and he answers off all questions with halftime and end of game stats. He could also give yearly stats if he wanted too. Two years ago, we played in the state championship and we had to summit our yearly totals to the press on Monday morning. It took me 10+ hours to go through and gather this information from15 game sheets.. I can email individual games or yearly totals in 5 seconds. Our players love the player stat sheets... It has their picture and name right on the report. Coaches we run the spread no huddle offense and average snapping the ball every 8 seconds and I'm ready 99% of the time. Stat guys keep a spotter for the first few games live. This app has the best tech support you could ask for. Game 6 was a conference game and I forgot to check it. I email support and 3 minutes later it was fix. Game 8 I was going through game film to check my stats and found I put in the wrong player. Tech support walked me through it. Email them they will email back. Last Friday night was the first Friday night I was able to go out to eat with everyone else because my stats were complete. By the time our players lined up to shake hands at the 50... I had email the radio station, 3 newspapers, and a tv station. ### 5/5 — Coach/Statistician *2013-09-28, version 1.14* Excellent app!
