It was difficult and instead of contacting the company to figure out the problem, I complained on my review. Immediately someone from the company responded and suggested I email them to get it fixed. I emailed the company and received an answer right away. What great customer service! They were able to make it right and I once again can used this amazing app. This is one of the best handwriting apps out there. It was a great tool for my now 14 year old and I can still use it for my 3 year old. It is such a great way for little ones (and big ones) to work on handwriting.
