### 5/5 — Still No.1 for Tube Drivers

*2026-04-05*

It is so easy to forget how long this app has been available and I use it more frequently now the iPad version runs smoothly on the company device quicker than the poor web based alternative.

**Developer response:** Thank you Mike. Truly appreciated. Thanks for suffering with me and my betas

### 1/5 — Crash.

*2025-10-09*

Always asking to update and has started regularly crashing. No good now we are paying for it.

**Developer response:** Updates are released to fix crashes and bugs. Updates are unavoidable. There’s in fact been 3 updates since your version. So I assume you can’t upgrade to iOS 26? No one is asking anyone to pay. Paying is optional for any app. If the app has no use to you then feel free to use an alternative or make your own. I will continue to update as bugs and crashes are reported to me. App development is always organic. Technology moves on as I’m sure you will too.

### 5/5 — Richie G

*2025-07-10*

I have been using this app for many years now through different updates and it has been consistently great at first just for finding my train but now dizzy, timetables leave predictions to door codes defo invaluable.

### 5/5 — Most useful app for drivers

*2025-05-29, version 7.14.3*

Single handedly the most useful app for drivers. The upgrade with duty books, timetables and most importantly rosters is 100/10. Made planning my life so much easier lol. The company could never have provided us something so useful haha

### 5/5 — Best app for LUL train ops

*2025-02-11*

Best app for the train operators of LUL. The amount of features it has, makes drivers life a lot easier. Kudos to Ryan for developing such a wonderful app.

**Developer response:** Thank you. I have tried to make it as useful and as much value for money as possible. Hope you continue to find it very beneficial to your working day.

### 5/5 — Great app for duty schedules

*2025-01-06*

Been using it for years to find where my train is, but only just realised it can show all my upcoming duties after entering my link and rota position. Only thing I can’t see is how to add annual leave, even though there is an option to show saved annual leave?
Would be good to be able to put in my AL position and it added it to the schedule.
Will be subscribing once my trial runs out.

**Developer response:** I’m glad you are finding the app useful. The only reason it doesn’t automatically add annual leave is due to swaps. If the app was to add your AL and then you swapped a week. If you went back and accidentally added that leave again. It could be confusing as you may have forgotten you already swapped that week. In an ideal world it would auto populate your AL as the new weeks are added to the bottom of the schedule. The first week in schedule automatically deletes once over a year old and a new week is added to the bottom. The best solution with minimal effort is when you edit a Sunday and select a AL preset it asks you if 1 day 1 week or 2 weeks. It then defaults your RD to Sat Sun and automatically fills in the AL. Not as good as it could if it did automatically populate granted but again it’s simply to not confuse and only put onto your schedule what you have entered.
Always happy to take feedback or even criticism. I don’t take for granted any subscriptions and very grateful to all so thank you.
 Ryan

### 5/5 — Simply Amazing

*2024-12-24*

There’s so many good features on here for T/ops that it’s impossible to list them all! My top 3 are though 1: Being able to predict your leave for years to come 2: obviously being able to see where your train is so you don’t miss your pick up and saving the best till last 3: the fact the app auto populates the rota with your duties and rest days once you’ve uploaded your duty book and told the app which line/rota you’re on! I couldn’t live without the app now and the support is spot on as well, the developer always gets back to you asap! What’s not to like!!

**Developer response:** Appreciate the support. I know £15 a year is a lot to ask of people on our low wage so I try to make it as invaluable as possible. As a driver I haven’t made a ship and forget app. I’m constantly adapting the algorithm and features so it continues to assist and benefit all aspects of our roles.
I hope that you continue to get lots of use from iTrackerNet and as always if need any assistance feel free to contact me.

### 1/5 — Had this app since it came out

*2024-11-27*

1-Star Review

I used to love this app. It was simple, effective, and, most importantly, free. I recommended it to so many colleagues because it genuinely made our jobs easier.

But now, they’ve introduced a subscription model, and it’s beyond frustrating. The features I relied on every day are locked behind a paywall. It’s not even a small, one-time fee—it’s a recurring cost for something that used to be free! This app was a critical part of my workflow, but I can’t justify paying for it, especially since there are other free alternatives out there.

I understand developers need to make money, but the way this change was implemented feels like a cash grab. No warning, no grandfathering in loyal users, just an abrupt switch. It’s disappointing to see a once-great app turn its back on the community that made it popular in the first place.

If you’re looking for something affordable or free to use, look elsewhere.

**Developer response:** This is the only app made by and for train drivers on the London Underground. With unique features and usability made specifically for our jobs. There isn’t a market place or millions of users outside the very limited number of drivers. The potential for a small fee is not sustainable when the user base doesn’t grow. We don’t make new train drivers every day.
Subscription was moved to in order to cover the costs of development as being on the App Store isn’t free.
The app offered users around a months free usage to see if it’s something they would find beneficial to their working day. It then offers 3 months free use before any payment for subscription is required. Users who had made a purchase of the application around 8 years ago are offered 6 months free and then 33% off the annual subscription.
At £15 (of which the developer after charges and taxes gets £6) a year I feel offers a lot of value. Thanks for taking time to leave your review and enjoy the alternative apps that are out there. At less than 30p a week for something you’d use daily to make your job easier. If that’s not value then let’s hope we get a good payrise soon.

### 5/5 — Good app

*2024-11-07*

Thank you.

**Developer response:** There’s is no context in your post for me to assist you. The set up is to select line and depot. Not line and duty book. So you must be using a different app.

### 5/5 — Very good

*2024-10-27*

Very good, an invaluable tool

**Developer response:** Thank you for the support
