## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Costumer service

*2025-10-12, version 2.1.2*

Quick to take money. On day 3 waiting for account to get set up. Missed 3 games now for stats. Is anyone managing this company?

### 3/5 — Disappointing

*2025-11-20*

Everyone wants you to buy things for the type of app and the app is average at best.

### 3/5 — Need to be able to transfer tokens between devices

*2018-09-15, version 1.5*

Not a bad app, but inability to use one account—and associated tokens—between devices is a real downside.

### 4/5 — Great app

*2025-10-26*

Great app, tracks a TON of stats and is super easy yo use, but one small problem. I may have missed it in the documentation, but apparently if you buy extra tokens, it has to be done on the specific device. I use the ipad to track games, but bought some tokens on the phone because I needed more for the next games. They went to my phone, but even though I’m on the same account on both, I can’t use them from the ipad which is not cool. You’d think the tokens would sync for the account, not specific to the device, but I guess that’s a lesson learned over a couple of bucks…. The only other suggestion would be to NOT require an opposing team be entered for tracking. Most of the time, you’re not going to have access to the other team’s data and only want to track your team’s stats. Easy to make a generic team, just kind of a pain.

### 4/5 — Great App!

*2024-10-12*

This app has been great. Only stat I wish could be tracked is blocked shots by player. Purchasing the portal is a must to be able to go back and edit game events after the fact. Would also be nice to be able to pick which side to place the teams.

The end of game stat report is really great. I send it out to parents and coaches and they all love it.

### 4/5 — Great app

*2021-02-19*

One recommendation, can you add penalty types (ie hooking, high sticking, fighting, etc.) instead of just 2 minutes and so forth. Beyond that, very good app and easy to use.

### 4/5 — Great app. Needs iCloud

*2018-10-07*

Great app we started using for a pee wee hockey team. It is easy to use and collects all the info you would want. It is well designed and laid out. Biggest wish would be for iCloud syncing so the team parents could share and view the info and take turns collecting stats on their own device.

### 5/5 — Best App for tracking hockey stats

*2024-11-07, version 2.0.9*

We looked at several options for our minor hockey team and settled on this one without regret. We’re able to convert the insights gained into focus areas for practices as well as tactical adjustments in game. Ease of use, reporting, editing and most importantly the support make the annual fee a tremendous value for any hockey club.

### 5/5 — ITrack hockey

*2023-12-29*

I have been using this app for the last couple months. Very easy to use! Had to learn how to fix stats that took a bit and also learned how to also track blocked shots as well. For some reason I can’t get rid of my teams if I do two. Would also love to have a way to track body checks if possible?! Great details for coaching. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Goalie dad's dream

*2021-03-03, version 1.7.5*

If you're a goalie dad or a coach like me you'll enjoy the info you can capture with this app. It's simple and fast. The only draw back is the inability to make changes after a period or a shot is registered. And you should have the ability to flip the ends at anytime.

### 5/5 — Best app to track live hockey stats!!

*2018-10-27, version 1.5.4*

I’ve tried a number of hockey stats tracking apps over the past few years. None of them even come close to iTrack for ease of use and speed of tracking stats during a live game. None.
iTrack seems to be by far the easiest to use.
Reports created by iTrack are very detailed; we use them to provide feedback to players on their positioning on shots, face-offs, etc. Much more info than we ever had for our minor hockey team. And everything easily tracked during a game by 1 person.
Great app, worth the $$$ they ask for.

### 5/5 — Great App for collecting hockey stats

*2018-09-17, version 1.5*

Easy to use; report is very detailed.
