The user interface is not user-friendly, making basic trading actions unnecessarily complicated. The buying and selling options are among the worst, as they are confusing, slow, and not intuitive for active traders. The application frequently terminates/crashes, especially while entering the secondary password or when selecting any symbol during live trading, which is extremely frustrating and risky for users. Additionally, symbol rates do not update properly, and even the portfolio values lag or fail to refresh, creating uncertainty and lack of trust in the platform’s accuracy. Buying and selling flows must be simple, fast, and user-friendly. For reference, the developers should study applications like Binance, eToro, and Plus500, which offer clean interfaces, smooth order placement, real-time updates, and a far better overall trading experience.
