Dont recommend installing. App keeps crashing, takes too long to load and would not recommend. ### 1/5 — No free fun *2023-08-07, version 2.0.8* There was a sign in our rental that said there was free fun. The app was full of places to stay but no free fun. It will be deleted. ### 1/5 — Search Does Not Work *2021-03-02, version 2.0.8* Downloaded the app, the search function will not provide any results. No matter what city I type in, or which icon I choose, the search comes up empty. I go to Aspen Colorado section. There are 8-10 icons for different Aspen property areas. Click on any of them, search results are blank. ### 3/5 — Have to Log in each time - upgrade is needed *2021-01-15, version 2.0.8* Each time I use this app I have to sign in. With the new phone technology upgrades should be made so you can stayed logged in and facial recognition can be used. As an owner I would like to see my scheduling calendar to sync with my google calendar. In its current state please do not expect much more than the basics with this app. An upgrade is greatly needed. ### 3/5 — Log in hassle *2020-02-17, version 2.0.8* It would be great to be able to stay logged in from your mobile device like other apps. Or at the minimum remember me (my email, to lessen the hassle some). Also it’s not the friendliest app to navigate. I think changing the aesthetics to something more pleasing along with a friendlier navigation would bold well for this app. ### 1/5 — Bugs *2019-11-19* Logging in is painful - screen keeps jumping so you can’t see what you’re typing. It also frequently logs you out so when you click on every new page you need to re log in. ### 2/5 — Keeps crashing *2019-08-15, version 2.0.8* Repeatedly closes down. I’ve turned on and off my phone and deleted and redownloaded, but to no avail. It’s an otherwise useful and helpful app, but if it continues to disappear then it’s not worth a hill of beans. ### 2/5 — Don't know what to do with this app *2017-09-04, version 1.3* I have a reservation ID...but nowhere to put it. Not even clear how to create a new account, I can't get to the menu button at top right of app...somehow doubt the value of this thing. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2017-08-23, version 1.3* Sounds great but wouldn't let me sign in with different email than I used when I booked. Called customer service and got run around- was on phone for over 1 hour talking with staff about booking trips, none of the bookings showed up on app and was complete waste of time and now they have my personal info. Support staff nice but unhelpful and not knowledgeable.
