When you try to authenticate it will not allow you to do so until you delete the app and reinstall. VERY FRUSTRATING!! They should t have to close and open an app and sign in seven times to get a read for walkby. Poor cell service area and this app is totally useless. Ridiculous. EDIT - I’m not mistaking anything as they suggested. Every 14 days it needs a new security token, when you try and re authenticate it errors out and the only way to get it to work again is to delete and reinstall. Our company has contacted support about this problem numerous times and they are told too bad, a fix will not happen so deal with it. **Developer response:** We believe the user is mistaking the required token re-authentication every 14 days for a need to re-install the app. This is not true. The app does not require re-install every 14 days; however, the user must re-authenticate their security token. The button sizes and locations work excellent for one-handed operations in the field too (iPhone). I also love that functions/use are nearly identical from WIN laptop app to iOS app. ### 5/5 — The latest thing for Itron gas and water endpoints *2023-02-23, version 2.1* As the product manager for Field Tools, of course I have to give it a five-star rating. This new app represents the realization of customer requests over the past several years to move our support onto smartphones. We have worked hard with Itron customers to build an app that is intuitive to use, easier to navigate and still performs the necessary functions needed in the field. Add to that the increased level of security customers demand these days and this new app becomes the go-to tool for use with Itron gas and water endpoints in North America. We are always interested in hearing from our customers so we can work to improve the app as it matures. ### 5/5 — Easy ERT work *2023-02-23, version 2.1* This new app makes the job of installing and troubleshooting ERTs a lot easier since I can use my phone instead of other bulky equipment.
