Fix your app whoever the developers get rid of them. ### 2/5 — App isn’t being kept relevant for older versions of iOS *2025-10-07* My rating is based on the apps performance and NOT on iTrustCapital. I’ve used the app for a while now and have tried communicating with the team at ITC to resolve the issue of logging into my account. Background: I recently upgraded my phone but run an older iOS version. (18) From what I’ve read there is an estimated 10-20% loss in daily battery life by updating to the most recent iOS (26?) update. What ITC informed me is that in order for me to use the app to access my account I need to update to the latest iOS to log in. I’ve submitted all necessary information for them to resolve the issues but it’s been more than a week since this issue has been impacting me and potentially others. This is unacceptable for any form of financial account access app, especially a crypto investment app where the market can shift 24-7. Our team will prioritize your case and work swiftly to resolve it. ### 2/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-09-23* I left another review on notes for improvement throughout but this one is specifically for the app crashing over and over. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but the app just shows a blue screen and flashes white over and over again now. An IRA /crypto trading app needs to be stable. This is happening even after the most recent bug fix update. I have to log on to the website which seems to work fine but the app itself needs this fixed. Also please fix the issue with the face login as it works maybe 20%-50% of the time **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We will look into the Face ID concerns you expressed. All notes are for a crypto Ira as well as the app itself: Looks like there’s an option to login via Face ID but I don’t see a way to set it up in the app Can’t remove the premium custody add. It has an x to remove but can’t be removed. Also lower the account activation and fees for more users to be able to access the platform. And to allow for more daily / short term trades. Fees are expensive and make day trades difficult. Would be great to see the fees lowered as the company would more than likely make more money as well as the user since more trades could be made daily instead of weekly. Especially for the crypto Ira’s and lower amounts of funds. Would love to see other staking options for coins like atom and polygon, etc, and I’m not sure why solana gets special treatment as it’s the only one that can be staked. Limit orders should be added. Somehow, the conditional orders available seem like a ploy with a hidden spread to ensure they make more money from the user. Add option to change the Ira dash board values to shown total gains instead of today’s gains based on user preference. On the individual IRA dashboard show a pie chart with the asset break down. Would also be nice to have an icon on each row that could be hovered over or clicked to show a pop up with the stats of that asset for quick viewing. Allow lower funding and buy orders, reduce the minimum buy order from $500 to $10 and reduce the minimum asset purchase to $10 to allow more users and funds to be used. The $1000 account activation funding is acceptable although $10 like alto would be preferred and $250-500 would still be a better entry point to attract more users. Asset variety is nice. And the interface while lacking is nice as well. But the fees add up quickly along with what seems to be a hidden spread on buys/sells. For example, you have to jump through hoops to log in, including closing out of a bunch of advertising pop-ups. And withdrawing your money. . . is it even possible? It just seems like the app is designed for the benefit and convenience of the company rather than the consumer. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. You can request to withdraw funds from your account by going to the account you with to withdrwas from and navigating to "Account Options" and selecting "Request Distribution" or "Request Withdrawal," depending on your account type. Now they have removed all that and the only thing you see is prompt to open new accounts or buy new products. The phone number for Support is displayed, but when you click on it and call, there is a message that says the phone number is no longer in use. If you want to contact them via Web form, you have the honor of filling out a page worth of information and waiting. I wouldn’t give these people $.10. As soon as I get back to break even I’m out of here. This company is not worthy of your investments and is a complete insult to your intelligence. ### 1/5 — Apple censoring honest reviews!! *2026-07-15* Don’t open an account here! You will not be able to get your money back out. The app hasn’t worked on iPhone in over a year. The fees for buying and selling are atrocious but worst of all, when you actually try to get your money out, you won’t be able to. This place is a NOT a real bank. It is a neobank. A “pass through” bank. Beware. ### 1/5 — Don’t Invest with ITrust Capital *2026-06-11* I engaged ITrust Capital to invest $300,000 in crypto. The process was completely exasperating from beginning to end. While I appreciate the need for security, their procedures to trade and withdraw earnings were incredibly difficult and are designed to sit on your funds for as long as possible for their benefit. After making a withdraw request, their "staff" made me jump through hoops for three days to verify the same information four separate times before authorizing my request to wire funds. The transfer then took another five days because they use third-parties to hold the capital. When I complained, they stopped communicating altogether. Even after I explained that the funds were needed for another time-sensitive market trade they ignored my concerns. Ultimately it cost me over $35K on the next investment. I would strongly discourage anyone considering working with ITrust Capital. After trying to work with them, I actually question the validity of this company. Don't Do It! ### 1/5 — Fix it! *2026-05-16, version 2.33.0* Trying to buy BTC real time price is 77K and your app Is showing me 79K! My conditional orders have not been filled at 78500 even tho price is now at high 77K. This is frustrating as someone who has ample amount of liquid in dry powder sitting waiting to buy at desired DCA prices. I strategically set these DCA, woke up at 330am to all notifications that BTC price has fallen, then go to see ITrustCapital UI has not executed my orders. Went to go market buy because the price is 78000 and still your UI is showing above 79K. It’s 2 hours later and the spread is now well over 1K but yet your UI says BTC price is executing for above 79K when in real time the live price is 77K. ### 1/5 — Latest updates broke app *2026-05-12* On an iPhone 16 pro max and this app doesn’t work. I can’t purchase anything in the app. The ui design is broken and when you click buy on an asset or try to fund your Ira account the option is hidden with the popup modal because the margins or something are way off. Wasn’t like this before but I haven’t used the app in a month or so. Coming back to it now and having all these issues. Please fix. I literally can’t buy anything or fund my account. As you can tell by our thousands of positive online reviews, this is not a typical experience that people have on our platform.
