It's My Life rewards you for your activity:
1. Receive digital coins for walking, cycling and other healthy activities.
2. Buy a reward with your coins, or spend them on a good cause or someone else.
3. Improve your activity together with your colleagues through challenges.
4. Monitor your daily 'progress'.
For proper registration of your daily steps, we integrated several options, such as Fitbit, Garmin, or Apple Health.
In order to participate, we will ask you for a COMMUNITY CODE. You will receive this code from your employer, through a participating association, school or institution. Don't have a code (yet)? Check www.itsmylife24.nl to see if there is a community near you.
