This is an easy to use app that can simplify quantities in baker’s percentages for you. Rated only 4 stars though because it does make some assumptions about the kind of pizza you want to make, and can be inflexible in several ways. Still, the default settings prescribe the perfect quantities for most pizza dough. If you’re a beginner and just want a good place to start, this will do the trick. If OTOH you want to add additional ingredients like sugar, make notes, tweak your yeast quantity (to account for elevation/temp/duration), use a unit other than grams, or even just enter an ingredient weight directly, there are other apps.
