This app makes the whole experience so much easier. Booking a table takes seconds, no back-and-forth calls or waiting on hold. I love that I can see my points balance and actually redeem rewards for real perks, it feels like they thought about their regulars instead of just slapping a QR code on the wall. My favorite feature is being able to connect and network with other members right through the app, it adds a whole social layer that most venues don’t even attempt. Clean design, fast, and it actually makes me want to come back more often. Highly recommend downloading before your next visit!

Misguided attempt to complicate what should be simple and easy - this lounge used to be cool, chill and relaxing, but the owner decided to launch an odd membership scheme which coincided with this poorly conceived app. The time spent on this app should’ve been focused more on listening to the core customers, not trying to change the whole concept and vibe of the place. Sadly, the owner seems tone-deaf and doesn’t respond well to feedback either…

STAFF DASHBOARD (why this account sees a control most users do not)
It's Him is a members' club. Our employees use the same app as our
members, so a small number of accounts see one additional control.
An account that matches an active employee in our Square payroll
system sees a "DASHBOARD" button on the Home screen, directly under
the check-in indicator. Ordinary member accounts never see it.
Tapping it opens a read-only performance board for that employee:
their own sales totals for the month and their standing among
colleagues at their venue. It contains no member information and no
personal data beyond employee names.
Eligibility is checked on our server on every request against our
Square staffing records. It is not a client-side setting: a member
account cannot reach this screen, and an employee who leaves the
company loses access within minutes without an app update.
APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY
This version adds the Meta Business SDK and the AppsFlyer SDK for
install attribution and advertising measurement.
The app presents the App Tracking Transparency prompt once, shortly
after first launch, and both SDKs use the answer to that single
prompt. If permission is denied, advertiser tracking is not enabled
and the advertising identifier is not used. The app is fully
functional either way; no feature is withheld based on the answer.
PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED CAPABILITIES (unchanged in this version)
Location is used for automatic check-in when a member arrives at the
venue. Bluetooth is used for the in-person "Meet" connection feature
between members who are both present. Both are unchanged from the
approved version.
