I can’t even sing up as the keyboard box is blocking the bottom of the screen. Who has designed and tested this app?! awful customer experience.

The app is reasonably straightforward to use with the order screens, but doesn’t always update. 

Also you can’t see what rewards you have - only shows the most recent, and the expiry date on them. I used to be able to save rewards, and then use them on a “broke month”, but apparently in so doing lost 4 reward meals. ☹️☹️☹️

Eat in Itsu once a week. Read about saving stamps. Downloaded App.  Cannot register.  No keyboard to type in confirmation code and no other options.  Should be zero stars.

So I got the free drink reward on the app on the 5th butterfly but I decided to wait for the 7th as well so I could get the free meal with the free drink. I could see in the app that I had “2 gifts available”. Went to store, scanned the code and it gave me the option to claim the free drink. Got it without a problem but then it didn’t recognise the free meal gift…the app changed to “1 gift available” but it wouldn’t let me claim it. Asked the store employees about it but they couldn’t understand the issue and accused me of trying to run a scam because in their mind I had already claimed my free gift and the app just hadn’t caught up. I’m never returning to Itsu again.

Unable to add student email despite receiving a confirmation code. It automatically logs out, and the student email does not appear. Staff at the shop were not helpful.

I visit Itsu twice a week on my Lunch . I receive excellent service . I am always helped on the tills to help me get what I need in fast and efficient way. Love the new addition to the Trafford Centre .

I don’t usually write reviews but the itsu app is one of the worst F&B apps I’ve used. It isn’t intuitive at all. Why can’t you see recent purchases, and why can’t you just scan the barcode to both pay and redeem awards?
