Also you can’t see what rewards you have - only shows the most recent, and the expiry date on them. I used to be able to save rewards, and then use them on a “broke month”, but apparently in so doing lost 4 reward meals. ☹️☹️☹️ ### 2/5 — Too basic *2025-04-12, version 5.4.12* No menu option to view. Can’t add your points if you forget to scan your app code. Staff don’t know how to use the app either. The home page shows some promotions but no bar or qr code to refer to or stamp collection area. How are you supposed to know how much I have collected? Also I have just bought food but didn’t have the phone. Why can’t I use the QR code in the receipt to upload it as a purchase in my app account? Please it’s time you get up to speed with functionalities of loyalty programs. Thank you ### 2/5 — Missing points and no tracking capability *2024-10-23* I earned all points and then didn’t get my free meal as my points all disappeared. There is currently no way to track your spend history and points meaning that when you’re missing points, or your rewards all disappear (which is what happened to me), you have no evidence so they don’t let you redeem in store. Please fix the app! ### 1/5 — Put me off the brand! *2024-08-17* Not far from false advertising - POS promised a free miso soup as reward but it’s not redeemable through multiple attempts. Speaking to staff, every time they said nothing they can do about it. I’ve been shopping itsu branded products via supermarkets for years. These deceptive app rewards put me off the brand. PERIOD. No code to scan no points! Who has designed and tested this app?! awful customer experience. ### 1/5 — Farce! *2025-08-23, version 5.4.15* Eat in Itsu once a week. Read about saving stamps. Downloaded App. Cannot register. No keyboard to type in confirmation code and no other options. Should be zero stars. ### 1/5 — Only one gift per day! *2025-08-20, version 5.4.15* So I got the free drink reward on the app on the 5th butterfly but I decided to wait for the 7th as well so I could get the free meal with the free drink. I could see in the app that I had “2 gifts available”. Went to store, scanned the code and it gave me the option to claim the free drink. Got it without a problem but then it didn’t recognise the free meal gift…the app changed to “1 gift available” but it wouldn’t let me claim it. Asked the store employees about it but they couldn’t understand the issue and accused me of trying to run a scam because in their mind I had already claimed my free gift and the app just hadn’t caught up.
