1️⃣ 加熱功能設計反智
每次啟動都自動默認開啟加熱模式，夏天用簡直係折磨！焗到成身汗，完全違反按摩放鬆嘅原意。次次都要手動關閉，極度麻煩。工程師到底有冇用過自己產品？加個記憶功能或季節模式好難咩？

2️⃣ 程式萬年不更新
買咗部椅差唔多一年，一個新程式都冇加過！對手品牌如Osim都會定期更新程式，加入新手法或主題模式，ITSU就好似斷咗線咁，完全冇進步。感覺部椅功能越來越過時，對長期客戶極唔尊重。

3️⃣ 客服回應敷衍
反映問題永遠收到標準答案：「會將意見轉交技術部門」，但從來冇實際改善。明顯係缺乏長期維護計劃，令人懷疑品牌係唔係已經放棄舊產品線。

總結：硬件本身唔差，但軟件同服務完全跟不上，性價比低。如果重視程式更新同人性化設計，建議考慮其他品牌，唔好浪費金錢同期望！

The app is convenient to use, in fact easier to use than the remote control which came with the chair. However, it frequently freezes after a round of massage. Unless a shut down of the app is done…the chair is no longer under the app’s control. Hope that can be looked into.
