I sent them messages on insta too and guess what no response ….. I posted comments on their insta reels n posts but again NO RESPONSE …. Firstly it wasn’t letting me place the order- every time I clicked to place the order, it just went back to cart. Next I applied my reward points and then order wasn’t ever placed but reward points showing used- I even received a message stating the same. Lastly the inventory on the desktop site was different than what was showing on the app, so many items I indeed wanted weren’t showing available in the app- hence bye bye ‘mystery 1000₹ craft bag’.
