Won’t let me register, won’t accept my name, the “Confirm” button is inactive, and there’s nothing else you can do. ### 2/5 — Registration issue *2026-05-14, version 8.2.0* When app aka for name during registration it does not allow to proceed. Name can be typed in but the proceed is greyed out. No matter what value I put into the text field, the Confirm button remains greyed out and isn’t clickable. The driver took 15 minutes to get to me and was the dirtiest cab I have used in a week in italy. The driver nearly crashed on the drive, and charged me €60 for a 15 minute ride. The Uber only cost me €40 on the trip out for the same distance at a busier time. This app is a scam, and there is no quality control. Do not recommend. ### 1/5 — Rome taxi *2026-03-01, version 8.0.2* Will always rip you off. Dont get in your taxi without confirming your fare. From the airport it’s a fixed fee of €55 but he tried to hide the amount and charge.me £75 from a local area it was 10£ more to pay on card. Had to pay cash. If you can, use Uber. You might pay a little more, but it’s worth the peace of mind, especially with all the shady stuff already in the reviews. ### 3/5 — Decent for taxi in Rome *2025-06-06, version 7.11.3* I downloaded this app as this company seemed to have the most vehicles on the road. I had no problem summoning taxis and used it several times while in Rome. It is nowhere close to as refined as Uber’s app but you will save money vs using uber in most (but not all) instances. Biggest complaint is it did not give estimated costs between locations, at least that we could figure out. But through experience I would say we saved roughly 20-25% vs using Uber to call a car or taxi. It does give you live tracking of the taxi. I think hailing a taxi is slightly cheaper but we were staying far enough away from a regular stop using the app was more convenient. ### 3/5 — Won’t even load *2025-05-31, version 7.11.3* But it will give you screen after screen of pictures to see if you are a bot, so if you have hours to waste, I can highly recommend this app ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t Use SMS *2026-08-05, version 8.3.0* Downloaded the app and attempted to setup using SMS messaging instead of WhatsApp. Received an error. After a few attempts, i deleted the app and tried again. Same result. Since I refuse to use WhatsApp, I won’t be using this app. ### 1/5 — Scammers *2026-08-04, version 8.3.0* They scammed my account and skimmed money weekly for sum of £138. In loading credit, I get the same error message; moment: try again later or with a different card. They hire scammers here like Vincenzo from Naples with license plate HD608KE. You should use him if you like paying and extra 200€. ### 1/5 — No protection for customers *2026-06-22, version 8.2.2* Baffles me that this is so widely in use in Italy. Yes, you can get a taxi with it no problem. However, it doesn’t offer any protection from gettng scammed in any way. You have no idea how much you will have to pay and it doesn’t monitor the taxis in any sense. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-06-11, version 8.2.2* Drivers cancel 2-3 times per ride on the way to pick up (only booking easy trips within rome). Very difficult and time consuming to get driver. Also very expensive (40 euros for 15 minute drive). If you try to book on uber they just send you a taxi from the same company, who will ask you to cancel the ride and pay them directly. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-06-07, version 8.2.1* App does not track incoming driver well at all, have to restart app multiple times. Na última precisei em um horário não convencional e, reservando antes, deu super certo! ### 5/5 — Love never had a problem *2026-05-27, version 8.2.1* I love this app and they’ve always treated me well I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews but every time I come to Rome, it’s better and cheaper then Uber or Lyft just as fast and easy, the drivers great. I want to use it forever maybe the big companies are trying to bash the small ones I have no idea, we don’t need big companies taking over just because you can’t see the word taxi on the cab or the number of a license plate. The taxi came to the corner our apartment was on. Took us to the train station, Vatican and colesseum. It's not the apps developers fault. ### 5/5 — Very impressed! *2023-10-02* We were skeptical of using this app when we first arrived in Rome due to its ratings but were recommended by one of our taxi drivers that we can schedule an early pick up time using this app. After we downloaded this app we were able to easily get taxis at whatever location when we needed it, like Uber but at a better price. Definitely recommend giving it a try. The old ratings that brought it down for a variety of issues seem to have been solved! ### 5/5 — Great app *2023-08-01* Our hotel used it taxi so we installed the app, especially after we found that a different taxi company charged double what this one did for the same ride. We would stand where we wanted to be picked up for the ride back to our hotel and it never took more than 5 minutes to be picked up. One does not even need to know the address where you are if geolocation was enabled. You can pay through the app but we preferred to pay cash so did not use the app to pay. Cars were new and clean.
