They declined to give me a refund and just gave me store credit. It’s been over 2 years and they still have the exact same dresses on their website. There never have anything new and there is nothing I want to purchase from them to use up my store credit. It takes forever for them to email back and when they do they just say they have new dresses coming soon but that have been over a 1 and a half that I’ve been told that and still nothing new on their site. I would just like my money back because from the start it was their fault for sending me a damaged dress. Will not buy again or tell any of my friends or family about you, you could have at least packed it in a nice box with the company name professionally on it at least to advertise your company , now i have to go out and purchase a box for the gift, very dissapionted. ### 1/5 — GOT CALLED A RACIST *2021-03-02, version 1.8* I ordered a dress for my daughter that did not fit. I had to play phone tag for a week and email games to ask for a proper size chart to get the right size for my daughter. I returned the dress and the company of course did not want to give me my money back. Then the lady told me I was just angry I ordered a dress that did not fit and I am a racist. I am Puerto Rican and proud. I would never think a childrens company would call ANYONE names but I guess I am wrong. Ordered a new dress from Isabella Couture they are a true pleasure to work with and no one call me names on their customer service team.
