Apple’s Remote app lets me access, control and play that entire musical history across multiple devices. It quietly does something no streaming service can replace: it keeps a lifetime of personally collected music alive and accessible. Apple, please don’t take this away. It doesn’t even show my proper device name, just iphone or ipad. I want to be able to control the music on my mac so I can get the benefit of the better eq on the mac and share to my homepods..
