I’ll get notifications for chat responses hours if not days after the actual chat has ended and recently, every time I try to enter the helpdesk portion my app immediately crashes so it’s not helpful to contact support. ### 1/5 — Too bad *2020-09-22, version 1.9.2* I was hoping I could use the App but it just refers me to the website. ### 1/5 — Has never worked well and now doesn’t work at a *2020-04-23, version 1.7.0* It doesn’t push notifications until you open it, then you get all of them at once. The app loaded but will not open. I clicked offer button and application and it does nothing. More importantly, the booked and scheduled classes displayed on the app, often do not correlate to the actual/real-time schedule. This bug is REALLY bad...but the two issues together make this app worthless to me as a teacher that strives to stay sharp and remain professional. ### 3/5 — Poor class alert system *2019-03-17, version 1.4.0* The alert system needs to be made more robust and loud. I didn’t get an alert for a class today and missed a class. ### 1/5 — The app is not working. *2019-01-08, version 1.2.5* When I open the app is prompts me to download a new version, but it’s downloaded from the browser and not the App Store.
