I made it 5 stars again. Found exactly what I was looking for. Now only one thing bothers me and that's its limited use. App claims to be a way to communicate with businesses anonymously but so far there appears to be no businesses using it and zero offers in thier reward store. However, the app's user interface could be optimized - designed by geeks? The app is new so I'm sure they'll improve in the future. ### 5/5 — A luring flyer and app *2024-05-10* I got a flyer at home and was intrigued by the giveaway, not so much the app, but turns out the app does not disappoint. It offers easy navigation and an opportunity to win. Having said that, entering on this giveaway is the reason why I downloaded it and that appears to work well! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — An abysmal app for an abysmal product *2020-08-08, version 1.05* The concept was great, but execution to the concept has not yet happened. Not only is it a flaky mess (there is no consistency at all), but if you read the support page it looks like Donald Trump may have written it. For all the lack of reliability, or even accuracy in the documentation, the author believes that saying it is great and wonderful, makes it great and wonderful. The creator opines that all the problems with getting these to work are due to someone else’s failures. It’s not the SiB, it’s the crazy iOS versions with all those pesky screen sizes, and too many versions, and other “stuff” which is just them not working very well for this super amazing easy to use product. In the real world of developing products for a market, the product should work with the infrastructure it is supposedly designed to interface with. The creator of these has chosen to blame the infrastructure as the problem, rather than the poorly executed product. A great example of how badly the documentation is developed, is the explanation on how to reset the device to factory settings, when the app can no longer be used (or in the majority of cases, never did work, and stalled mid pairing). It states that one should press the button which will turn green, and then about 12 seconds will turn white, then quickly release the button, and repeat this 3 times. Sounds simple but the app can’t find it via WiFi (2.4GHz on Eero mesh) or Bluetooth...trying to restart the process from factory unfortunately results in button push, 5 seconds to flashing white, which after releasing and pressing the button again does absolutely nothing (stays in flashing white mode until it powers down again). Another variant is to continue holding until 12 seconds (ignoring that the white light has been flashing since about 5 seconds in) and then release and try again...no difference. And yet another...just keep holding the button to see if the white light will eventually stop flashing...and it does...when it powers down again. The creator obviously prefers Android to iOS, but using an Android device has fared no better, and that changes nothing about the factory reset process which is app independent. ### 1/5 — There is no way to add a SIB *2020-02-18, version 1.01* When trying to add a SiB all you get is a white screen with no text. If I can’t do the one thing I got the app for then the app is no good. ### 2/5 — Literally unusable on iPhone XS Max *2020-08-06, version 1.05* The latest update has made this app literally unusable on the iPhone XS Max as the next and back arrows at the top are behind the clock and WiFi / signal status icons. I cannot do anything with the app as a result. It needs major attention and is disappointing for a Kickstarter backer’s point of view. Please can you fix this as I have three SiB’s sitting doing nothing because I cannot use the app to set them up. ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2025-02-26, version 2.00* Was very clean blue and white as well as simple to use. I downloaded it to privately redeem a code from pina pina smoothie and one from ny ny pizza. You have to tell it the website it’s on and I was able to privately redeem. Will continue to use. This app makes it super easy to connect with a driver you like and then get a discounted ride - last one was probably 30% cheaper than I normally pay, but now with this same driver whom I'll use regularly, will end up saving me plenty! ### 5/5 — Soooo coool! *2024-08-30, version 1.91* So my friend recommended me to use this app when getting an Uber or Lyft and it’s absolutely incredible! Once you are in the car, you get to scanner Itza QR code and directly connect with the driver. I paid a cheaper fare and the driver takes more home. They keep my info private and it cots me less than through the alternatives! Best thing, I get to keep a direct connection with the driver through the app and contact him again while neither of us keep each other personal info! ### 5/5 — Awesome company! *2024-08-17, version 1.88* This company gave me many offers and deals. I won a free gyro bowl from the best Greek food place, Larry's Santorini! This connected me to places here in Poway that i didn't even know were here such as Donutopolis, Charis Pilates, and the Acupuncture & Massage! I think this is great for exposure to poway businesses!
