Having an app for me makes the shopping experience more personal, I have my favorites saved for when I’m ready to make a purchase and info saved for a quick and easy check out. I do love the notifications about stuff in my cart because it really does make me want to purchase more lol. It is easy to navigate and I really like how I can see my account. However since it is on the newer side there are kinks. I have noticed a few times now if there are times when a lot of people try to access the app it will stop working and gives an error so I have to go back later.
