You can’t save your password. Now it’s telling me my Safari browser is not supported, even though the message says Safari is one of the supported browsers! While I love the tickets being on this app, the lack of self service at the stadium and the Sports complex area make it difficult to access on game days! I’ve learned to transfer to my Apple wallet and take screenshots of my tickets before getting to the stadium. Because I know getting the app to work once you’re there is nearly impossible. ### 2/5 — Latest update causing issues *2025-09-10* The latest update to iOS app says Safari is an unsupported browser and forces signing to full site - which defaults to Safari. I hope you might fix it. Otherwise, good app. :-) ### 3/5 — Home Page Issues *2020-10-24* First time I opened the app at the home page I picked schedule at the bottom. No football game listed for the 24th but other events listed the following week. Biggest IU sports event in the last 6 months and it doesn’t show up on the schedule? ### 2/5 — No longer works *2026-08-11* No longer opens. worked fine up until a week ago ### 2/5 — Imagine you’re a billionaire who donated a ton of $, and this app is how you have to fetch your tix *2025-10-17* You see a pixelated logo when you boot up the app for the first time, and it’s an accurate preview of the what’s to come. They spent so much time trying to fill the app with content that they overlooked the basics - when creating an account/verifying your email, it sends you a code to your email. By the time you switch apps to get your code and come back, it logged you off of that session and you have to fetch another code. Didn’t add all your tickets to your wallet? You’ll have to log in again. Is there a place to privately share any of this with anyone, like a customer service page? There is not.
