### 1/5 — Nur Ladekreise, aber keine Ergebnisse

Jede Seite die ich abseits der Main Seite öffnen will (primär Kurse zum Skript-Audio anhören) zeigt mir Lediglich einen laufenden Ladekreis. Leider passiert darauf folgen über Minuten gar nichts mehr, bis ich irgendwann keine Geduld mehr hab und abbreche (teilweise 20Min später)
Dieser Zustand ist nicht haltbar und als Mediendesign-Studentin bin ich schon ziemlich enttäuscht, wie wenig das Interface über die App funktioniert oder wie sehr manche Gesichtspunkte aus meinen Skriptinhalten mangelhaft oder nur teilweise umgesetzt wurden.
Ich beobachte das jetzt seitdem die Learn App nicht mehr funktioniert und bin echt verärgert, dass diese App der Ersatz sein soll, aber im Gegensatz zur Learn App noch nie richtig für mich funktioniert hat.

Ist irgendwas verändert worden? Bei mir werden die Inhalte in der App auf dem iPad nicht mehr geladen. Aufm Handy im gleichen WLAN geht’s.

### 1/5 — Funktioniert schon seit längerem nicht mehr

Eigentlich eine tolle App, aber die Übersicht der Kurse lädt nicht mehr, manchmal noch nach mehrfachen Neustart der App. Dann wird das Skript nicht korrekt dargestellt, Grafiken und Tabellen nicht geladen. So ist die App kaum nutzbar. Bleibt nur die Browserversion. Auch die letzten drei Updates haben das Problem nicht behoben.

Update 15.4.: der Bug wurde sehr zeitnah behoben. Vielen Dank, jetzt läuft es wieder flüssig.

Seit einiger Zeit öffnet sich bei dem Button „Kurse“ und „Studium verwalten“ nichts mehr. Es ist kurz ein Ladebalken zu sehen, aber das war’s auch. Könnt ihr bitte umgehend ein Update bereitstellen? So ist die App überflüssig. Deinstallieren und neu downloaden hat nichts gebracht.

Ich nehme Sie gerne und viel zum lernen. Man könnte verbessern das man wirklich auf alle Videos des Kurses zurückgreifen kann und herunterlade Dokumente wieder löschen kann wenn man Sie nicht mehr benötigt.

Trotz negativer Bewertungen hab ich die App getestet – Skepsis war groß. Funktioniert aber flüssig, Interface klar, ähnlichder Desktop. Kann ich empfehlen!

### 2/5 — Keine Spracheinstellungen

Leider richtet sich die App offenbar an die Systemsprache, was ich extrem schlecht finde, da ich das IPad gerne auf englisch lassen möchte. Dass dann aber Syntea in der App nur auf englisch mit mir redet, ist mehr als nervig. Also muss ich doch wieder zum Webbrowser wechseln. Das kann doch nicht sein! Außerdem finde ich es unmöglich, dass eine KI das Skript exakt so vorliest wie es geschrieben ist…. Also in Gendersprache. Da eine KI aber logischerweise nur erkennt, dass auf einen Doppelpunkt eine Schlussfolgerung, also eine Pause, kommt, klingt das Vorgelesene so unflüssig und unverständlich, dass das Hören praktisch nicht nutzbar ist. Ich, zumindest, gehöre zu denen, die sowas einfach nicht mit gesundem Menschenverstand anhören (und lesen!) und verstehen können. Das ist zwar kein App Problem, aber vielleicht wird ja auch irgendwann mal Rücksicht auf die Menschen genommen, die das ganz normale Schuldeutsch, das man einmal gelernt hat, benutzen möchten. Mir erschwert es das Lernen ungemein und ich habe ebenso viel für das Studium bezahlt, wie die anderen. Es sollte auf einer Lernplattform doch möglich sein, zwei Skripte anzubieten bei dem heftigen Preis.

Einstellungen auf Deinem iPad öffnen → Runterscrollen und App auswählen → Sprache ändern – funktioniert unabhängig von der Systemsprache. Dein Feedback zur Audiofunktion nehmen wir natürlich mit auf und prüfen, ob wir das noch besser machen können.
