Davvero un ottimo strumento per vivere al meglio l’esperienza del Giubileo. ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2025-08-02* The app is no native app but only a web app (webview with a fixed url to the website) which does not work offline and forces you permanently to log in anew once the session terminated. Nothing is stored in your device. It took me a lot of time to understand how to register my family. ### 2/5 — Great idea; but poor execution *2025-05-26* This app is a great idea, and appears to give access to many of the features of the Jubilee. However, the app is a bit clunky, and it is not very user-friendly. For example, I fat fingered my name when I entered it, and accidentally misspelled it. There is no way within the app to corrected the error, and there is no link to any help organization to correct the error for me. Even if I go to “edit account data” within the app, it only allows me to update information like address, phone number, and passport.
