## What is iUFlow?

iUFlow app is a Bladder Diary on your mobile. Download to track and monitor toilet trips.
Bladder Diary. iUFlow is a fully automated voiding / bladder and stool diary.
It is FREE and UNLIMITED toilet diary (pee log, runpee and stool log).
Best for Bladder tracking.

Urine tracker enables the recording of intake and output (urine) to track bladder activities, as well as recording bowel movement - poo - using a Bristol chart (to track normal, constipation, diarrhea etc) for a perfect digestive tracker and poo journal.

Keep track of your bladder and bowel movements easily on your mobile, then easily share the diary with your doctor. A complete urine log or a bathroom log is a basic source of data for treatment.

You can use the Bladder Diary App as a comfortable water/urine reminder during the time of completing your electronic bladder diary. It's better than a water tracker. Finally, an easy way to remember to drink more water!
The app further allows the automation of the urine measurement (flow rate uroflow) by using the iUFlow device which is an optional item.

The iUFlow Uroflowmeter is currently available for orders in US and AUS.

A detailed bladder diary may be important and useful for health issues related to kidneys, sleep behaviors, the cardiovascular system, prostate enlargement, urinary incontinence, and Lower Urinary Tract symptoms (LUTS).

The app can be used freely!

### 5/5 — Easy to use, great features

*2026-07-28, version 0.9967*

My public floor therapist asked me to track a few things for a couple days. This app was super easy to use, very user-friendly and had great features. When I emailed the report at the end, she very happy with it. It had everything she needed, and also conveniently added up the totals for her.

### 5/5 — Simple and super useful

*2026-05-31, version 0.9967*

I’m very poor at drinking enough water, so i have used many apps to remind me to drink water.

A recent medical issue made it necessary for me to measure input and output.

This app is super easy for the level of detail I need.

### 5/5 — Actually Free

*2026-05-21, version 0.9967*

I had to use this for tracking my bathroom trips for my physical therapy. This is free and easy to use. No ads

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2026-02-16, version 0.9967*

Very easy to use free medical tracker that I can give my doctor access to! Logging, tracking and editing is intuitive, as well as ability to add notes. Thank you to dev who notes that this is ‘free and meant to be free,’ whilst not asking for extra, unnecessary private info that could be a risk, something I really appreciate.

### 5/5 — Just what I needed

*2025-11-04, version 0.9967*

Easy to use, love that I can export results- thank you for a easy, straightforward experience while I try to untangle some health concerns

### 3/5 — Good app but glitchy

*2025-10-24, version 0.9967*

I find the app useful but it keeps opening to a screen that is frozen and shows code rather than welcome screen. This happens on both my devices.

### 5/5 — What a brilliant tool for recording my stool.

*2025-08-05, version 0.9967*

Using this for several years now and its proved so valuable for keeping orderly records of all my movements. Even my bowel clinic think it’s excellent and much better than the paper forms they give out. I always make sure three weeks before a clinic meeting that I record everything so I have the most up to date for the Dr. Or Nurse. It’s a FIVE star plus app.

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2025-07-24, version 0.9967*

Does not work

### 5/5 — EASY to use with very USEFUL results

*2025-07-14, version 0.9967*

TRY the app; so far it really is FREE!
I’m very pleased with the simple recording system and really impressed with the way data is reported. I have actually increased my water intake and have realized more about my habits in three days than I had in months.

### 3/5 — No Apple Watch app, asks for a lot of personal information

*2025-06-13, version 0.9967*

It bothers me that it requests my real name and Real birthdate in order to use this app. Maybe I don't want to share this with my doctor? It doesn't to sync up with the Apple health app or with MyChart.

I appreciate that we can use this on iPhone or iPad. But we really, really and I mean really need an Apple Watch app with complications to put on the front page of the Apple Watch, so that we can easily track when we are urinating. I don't want to have to carry my phone to the bathroom every time! Just allow me to enter it on my watch which is conveniently on my wrist. Why hasn't this been implemented?
