Frustrating and Restrictive Experience

I was eager to browse and purchase from IUIGA, but the app forces you to create an account before you can buy anything, and to make it worse, you can't even sign up without a phone number—limited to a few select countries. This is incredibly frustrating, especially for international customers.

To top it off, if you need help, guess what? You have to sign up first, which again requires that same phone number. The whole experience feels restrictive and unnecessarily complicated. Why can’t I just buy something without all this hassle? Terrible UX.

Horrible experience overall.

Shipment was overdue by 4 working days. Their shipping agent (speedpost) sent me a notification that shipment was delivered. But nothing was received. Iuiga’s CSO wasn’t able to resolve this even after 4 working days. Never again, and I recommend you don’t waste your time with Iuiga.
