Ich habe leider keine gute Erfahrung mit der App gemacht. Wollte ein 24h-Ticket per Kreditkarte kaufen, doch nach der Autorisierung der Zahlung ist nichts passiert. Das Ticket liegt weiterhin im Warenkorb, obwohl der Betrag auf meiner Kreditkarte bereits vorgemerkt wurde. Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man schnell ein Ticket braucht.

Wenn die App nicht zu nützen ist. Gibt's keine Hilfe Online. Und auch das Telefon ist nur von Mo-Fr besetzt. Toll wenn man Online Tickets hat und auf diese die halbe Zeit nicht zugreifen kann.

Downloaded the app so as to be able to pre-purchase bus tickets around Innsbruck. Set up account and the app said I will get an email to confirm the account.   No email received.  Tried again.  Still no email.  So the app is useless

Das bedeutet, wenn man doch zurück möchte dann ist man immer wieder auf der Startseite…. Anstatt auf der vorherigen getätigten Suche

I spoke to the lady on the phone about 5 times. First because it didn't work to create an account (the problem was that the mail server was down for 2 months). Then I talked to them several times because I couldn't buy a simple ticket and they told me that other companies were to blame. Then I talked to all of them and in the end it was ivb tickets fault. Their last answer was "we are not experts" in an APP HOTLINE 😭.

Insanely bad support. This is the worst app I've ever had. Unfriendly staff. Crazy.

Wenn update/ Handywechsel geht das 8 Fahrten ticket nicht mehr! (dieses ticket ist nicht auf deinen Handy, wie dumm muss man sein beim Peogramieren?)

Dann kann man zur ivb latschen und bekommt ein papier ticket was nicjht als 90 minuten ticket gilt wie in der App!! Eine frechheit aber wie mans erwartet von beamten
