How annoying is it not being able to stop the alarm without shutting down the app!
Don’t the app developers trial their apps in the real world?!

All was brilliant - woke me up no problem on my long early morning commute.  Since last week though I get woken by other passengers and check my phone to find an alert “You’ve stopped travelling and so your alerts have been cancelled.” I can’t be sure from my slumber but the coach is on time so can’t be in traffic anymore than 5 minutes... frustrating.  Now it seems I can’t update or add new alerts... best of all the “support” link provided by the dev on the App Store is to a blank holding page, where presumably a website once stood.  I even bought the ad free version, that’s how impressed I was.  Regretting that now!

**Developer response:** Hi an update to iOS seemed to cause a problem with how we use your location I think I’ve managed to fix this problem now sorry for the inconvenience

Needs location service, so allowed that, but still says it needs to have it switched on, so app basically non-functional.

**Developer response:** Hi apologies this was caused by a bug that has now been fixed

I'm on iOS 10. The app only allows you to save locations you're already at. I was hoping to use it for public transport but there was no map to pinpoint a future location. You can save destinations only after you've arrived there. The alert distances are too large. There is definitely less that 1 mile between each stop on my commute.

**Developer response:** Using the magnifying glass in the top left corner you can search and add locations manually.

We take your comment onboard and will look into providing a map pin point feature and the ability to adjust the alert distance.

I've searched around quite a bit for an app to notifiy me ahead of my train stop. Most didn't have a good alarm or a latge enough geofence. This handles both well :)
