No way to use app. Asks for administrator password from the app maker. App maker never responds.

I cannot even get into this app as soon as I downloaded it. It's asking me for some kind of code. I'm starting to think I downloaded it for no reason. Can anyone help me????

This looks like it would be a good app. It appears as downloaded in my App Store, but when I clicked to download, it indicated someone else was managing my device? Not good. It was asking for a company code. My device has been compromised with other App Store apps similar to this one. Could I either get access, or have it removed from my devices!
Thank you. I’m sure you would get a better rating if I could access the tool (in my case badly needed).
