I can no longer connect to my device. Text does not appear in the app, cannot login. It will not recognise my iPhone has a Wi-fi connection. Par lassitude,On finit par operer en direct sur l’appareil dont les touches sont tres capricieuses et variablement sensibles au toucher, il s’en suit de precieuses minutes perdues a faire fonctionner l’appareil. My wife’s iPAD 3 has iOS 9.3.5, so I bought her an iVIDE for Christmas and told her that it would work with her iPAD. But it doesn’t. The vendor says that Apple has blocked the iVIDE App from working on an iPAD 3 because ‘it isobsolete’. Seems odd that – normally if the hardware supports the level of iOS specified, one expects it to run the app. And if it doesn’t, then the vendor should say so up front. This isn’t it. It asks the WEIGHT of the food being cooked. This is irrelevant. It should ask the thickness, and allow input in millimeters. The inability to do this means that the authors do not know how cooking works, and they have made a pointless piece of software. ### 1/5 — Poor app *2025-03-16, version 2.2.4* The app doesn’t work. One problem was with the recipe cooking instruction text which on an iPhone 11 (iOS 13.3) was tiny and near impossible to scroll. Thankfully some great customer service meant the issue was fixed within days and the new version of the app 2.0.7 works as expected. ### 5/5 — Awesome response *2018-11-20, version 1.4.0* I downloaded this app after purchasing an iVide circulator. GHz network so have to keep deactivating my 5gz network. It stick on those number and the only way to refresh is to restart the app. Bit annoying. ### 2/5 — Buggy and unintuitive *2022-04-21, version 2.2.2* Immediately after opening the app asks you to log in. It gives the option of signing in with apple but if you try that it says the email is invalid. Then keeps complaining, crashing and not functioning. I get a success message but then it won’t connect the sous vide to the wifi instead simply crashing the app and when i open it up its asking to sign in again, so I don’t know how that’s successful. It offers tips but the buttons don’t work.
