The app will send notifications saying I’m due for a refill, but when I actually try to refill, it tells me I’m not due yet and need to wait. The workaround is to log into the website instead, but after two years, this really shouldn’t still be an issue. If you’re going to have an app, it should actually work properly and provide accurate information. On top of that, you’re charged a monthly membership fee just for access to the service, while still having to pay separately for the medication itself. After using the service for two years, I honestly don’t see the value in the monthly fee—especially when basic things like the refill process still don’t work correctly in the app. The medication/service itself may be fine, but the technology and membership model need serious improvement. ### 1/5 — Clumsy and useless *2026-08-16, version 4.0.13* I downloaded the app. It has my Erin weight it’s confusing and isn’t a very well thought out app. It’s to difficult to use and just a waste of space as of right now. You really should change things and allow ones to change their info so it is correct. ### 1/5 — Poor app *2026-08-15, version 4.0.13* This app always has issues very slow sometimes will not open! ### 3/5 — App only works half of the time *2026-08-04, version 4.0.12* You have to constantly update the app Manually and it doesn’t save previous information. The meds works the physicians are great. The app is MEH! ### 5/5 — Ease of Use *2026-08-02, version 4.0.12* The app is very helpful keeping track of my personal goals and also my dosage. I depend on it weekly. The refill feature is also super helpful in letting me know the date and walking me through a reorder. The only thing I’ll say is it could be setup to be able to find things a little easier. But I can manage. ### 2/5 — Cannot teach shots in app *2026-07-25, version 4.0.12* The app has no clear way to track shots week to week. Without that, it’s no different from myfitness pal. It’s useless if it cannot track the shots. ### 3/5 — Recipes *2026-07-12, version 4.0.12* Please fix. Ingredients listed don’t match the recipe. Please fix this. Recipes sound delicious really would like to try them Only 3 stars till this is fixed ### 3/5 — Communication issues. *2026-07-11, version 4.0.12* I need to change my dose due to side effects. When I started the program the weekly check ins were an effective communication tool. After 2 weeks of noting side effects and finally asking for my dose to be lowered and still no changes I scheduled with a provider. We talked and she lowered my dose. The app still reflects the higher dose. I’m not sure if it’s an app issue to an IVIM issue but it’s frustrating. Maybe I skip the app check ins and just schedule with a provider each week? ### 5/5 — Awesome *2026-07-09, version 4.0.12* This program is all inclusive.
