Before uploading documents, it charged me $150.00 and then when I went to scan my passport, the camera did not work at all, it was just a big black space, it says you can upload files to it but I was not able to. Brazil works fine, but, you can’t get a Visa for China this way, you must go through a professional service or through the embassy yourself. They misled me and got me a visitor card, which isn’t a visa, and won’t let you in the country for the time I needed. The information they gave me clearly tells you this is a visa. Can’t get a refund. When I complained they gave me the run around telling me that I had knowingly purchased the visitor card. I paid a high premium for their "Super Rush - 3 days" service for my visa. The official government portal actually offers two processing options: Normal (7 working days) and Fast (3 working days). iVisa took my money for the 3-day rush, but they submitted my application using the government's 7-day Normal service! They knew with 100% certainty that it would be impossible to deliver the visa in 3 days using the standard route, yet they still promised the 3-day timeline and pocketed the premium markup. This is deliberate false advertising and a complete scam to steal money from travelers. I am filing a chargeback with my bank. I was recently trying to file for an ETA for the UK and the app tried to charge me $98. The application for an ETA is roughly $25.
